I have been working at SpiceJet for the past 3 years and it is

consistent with its excellent service, great food, and drinks. The
crew is known to carry a smile and very helpful face. I like the
admirations such as clean planes, quick check-ins, on-time
arrivals from SpiceJet customers. We have a great airline for all of
us in India!

I have been working at Spicejet full-time for over more than a

year. The entire experience has been great, though there were a
certain number of ups and downs that are faced by everyone
else, like me. bt learning is more fun here as team level grows up
and skills are added with time.

Every day at Spicejet starts with great energy. I am learning a lot

of things each day here as my colleagues are supportive and

Good place to work but its not a long time job money is good but
no use if u wont even get time to spent it . Glamour and high
profile job . stay in 5 stars hotels free air fares to 8 family
members and 3 months of training and immediate job 6 months of
probation period . refresher training after 11 and half month where
we get our salary in creased .

Great Work-Life

Full marks for a good service from cabin crew. Liked to see they
carried smiles with them and responded to my requests with a
positive attitude. Food options were nice, on my BOM-MAA rout. I
find the aircraft seating as better as the seat is nicely designed.
Noise level is least that turned my onboard stay as enjoyable.

Fantastic Work-Life balance

Though it’s known for its excellent service, great food and drinks,
smiling and very helpful crew but it also has plenty of reasons to
be admired. Preferably, the clean planes, quick check-ins, on-time
arrivals are making me travel with SpiceJet always. I think we
have a great airline for all of us here in India!

Great Workplace

Involves ticketing, check-in, assistance, baggage management,

boarding gates, security, flight services and more.
Learned applications like Novitiate and Sky speed.
The management was pretty awful. Purposeless and never driven
with a passion to improve the airline in the small ways possible
most importantly.
The attitude is pretty different at the airport.
When flights are delayed or cancelled and the intimation to
passengers are not on high alert it becomes tough to give the
answers when a lot of uncertainties are involved.
When no passengers are involved and you're handling other
departments that are equally important.
