results, measure the body wearing only undergarments. Hold the tape measure close but not tight and use Sizing
Uniforms information to determine the correct uniform size.

HOW TO MEASURE

Sleeve
With arms at your side, bend elbow slightly. Measure from the center of the back of the neck, over the point of the
shoulder, around elbow, and down to the wrist.

Waist
Place a tape measure around your waist at the height you prefer to wear your waistband; keep the tape loose but
level.

Outseam
Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of leg opening.

Chest
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just 1” below the armhole, keep the tape firm and level.

Inseam
Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg opening.

SCORE Basketball® Uniforms are fully guaranteed
against material and manufacturing defects. We make every
effort to match colors as closely as possible. Sometimes in the
dyeing process, the shading may not be exact, so we therefore
cannot be responsible for mismatches.
Method of Payment
Prepay with Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®,
or cashier’s check/money order.
C.O.D. with money order or cashier’s check.
Net terms available with approval of credit application.
Shipping
Average UPS ground shipping:
Eastern: 4 to 5 business days. Central: 3 to 5 business days.
Mountain: 3 to 4 business days. Pacific: 1 to 3 business days.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. Shipping charges
are based on method, weight, and destination.

Terms and Conditions
Conditions: All orders are subject to acceptance by SCORE
Basketball Sales and Credit Departments. A deposit of 30% to
50% (depending on account status) and a written confirmation of
the order by fax or email is required.
New Accounts: Balance due Prepaid Credit Card, C.O.D.
MONEY ORDER, or CASHIER’S CHECK.
Non-Credit Accounts: Balance due Prepaid Credit Card,
C.O.D.; a company, personal, or cashier’s check will be accepted.
Past-Due Accounts: Any orders placed on a past-due
account will be sent out C.O.D. cashiers check or money order
along with the past-due balance on that account. Also, the
account may be changed to C.O.D. terms permanently. You will
be contacted by our Credit Department.
Past-due accounts will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month
(18% per annum).
Returned Checks: A fee of $25.00 is charged. If for any
reason a check is not paid by your bank, your pending orders will
not be shipped, and thereafter your account will be treated as a
new account.
Refusal of Shipment: If a shipment is refused, the customer
will be charged for all freight and handling charges. A restocking
charge of 15% will be applied. Decorated or customized items will
not be credited. Credit will be applied to the customer’s account
that can be applied to future orders. Any further orders will be
prepaid only.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices: All prices are F.O.B. Wilmington, California. The current
prices are the ones published in our most recent price list. Prices
are subject to change without notice.
Returns, Damages, Exchanges, and Shortages: All
claims and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of
goods. We will not accept returns for cash, but we will be happy
to exchange your returned goods or apply the credit towards a
future purchase. The customer must pay all freight charges
on exchanges. Garments with numbers, logos, or any other
modifications/decorations/customization may not be returned.
We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to
determine whether replacement or adjustment is valid. Be sure
to inspect your merchandise. The merchandise left the factory in
perfect condition.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please
state date of purchase, invoice number, and reason for return.
A return authorization number (RAN) will be issued and must
appear on all shipping labels. All returns must be shipped prepaid,
no C.O.D. will be accepted. Any damaged goods may be returned
but must follow our return policy. If merchandise is returned after
the 10 day inspection period, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
General: A complete uniform set consists of a jersey and short.
As part of the Ready to Play service for our customers, SCORE®
uniforms may have sequential standard basketball numbers 0-5,
10-15, 20-25, 30-35, 40-45, 50-55 (8”) applied on back of jerseys
at no extra cost. There is an additional charge of $1.75 per item for
each number over 55; colored numbers are available for uniforms
that are not on special promotion. Specific numbers are $1.75 per
item (basketball numbers only). Additional numbers applied to the
front of the jersey or shorts are $1.75 per item. For each additional
“X” after “XL” there is an additional charge of $2.00.
Samples: Samples of uniforms are available upon request but
are limited to stock on hand and will be billed at current individual
item prices. Samples are not returnable.
Back Orders: Unless otherwise instructed, out-of-stock
items will be automatically back-ordered and shipped as soon as
possible.
Discounts: Volume discounts are available. Please call our
Sales Department for further information. Discounts are void on
past-due accounts.
Sublimation: Some garments undergo a sublimation dye
process, using heat to transfer a specific design to the garments.
Therefore, please take extra precautions when applying heat
in any manner. Inks can be reactivated at higher temperatures
causing the design to transfer.
