A speed test of bilingual (Hindi & English) nature will be taken on Computer
Machines.

Those of the candidates obtaining 40% marks in the written examination shall
be considered to have obtained qualifying marks for the Speed Test. However; the
minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates shall be 36%.
