Controlling third party NDT subcontractor.
Following the post weld heat treatment for different materials and preparing the required cycle for
each one.
Inspection of incoming materials – Review the test certificate with respect to standard
Visual inspection of welding / fit up / assembling.
Dimension and final inspection of the fabricated items
Preparing final welding dossier including WPS/PQR, WQP, Welding Map, NDT map …
Witness of all mechanical testing at site such as alignments, torque test, welding, NDT testing, hydro-
test, pressure test ….
Witness mechanical testing in laboratory such as tensile, bend, hardness and impact test
Rising NCR’s wherever necessary & ensure that are actioned.
Reviewing, registering and monitoring trends for all NCR’s
Registering customer complaints, significant problems raised on workshop and site and reporting
finding to the top management.
Participate and follow company HSE requirements as far as applicable to work activities
Complying quality records and identifying dates in quality control plans far as built purposes.
Managing in coming, in process and final inspections.
Creating and monitoring quality control circles, identifying facilitators for each circle.
Implementing continues improvement process
Initiating actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process
and recommended solutions through designated circles.
Quality policy and objective planning.
Preparation of quality manual, policy, objectives, standard quality procedures
Organized and conducting the awareness training for employees
Documenting quality management system ISO 9001:2008.
Implementing and Audit for ISO 9001:2008 quality system
Witness of pressure test for piping, tanks and valves ( Pressure / Hydro-test )
