INTRODUCTION

On-the-Job Training or OJTs is one of the requirements of any graduating students for

them to have a background on the field that they will undergo after they have graduated. In

this time, they assess themselves what they have learned on what they have studied for a long

time. Heathfield (2016) says that “On-the-job training, also known as OJT, is teaching the skills,

knowledge, and competencies that are needed for employees to perform a specific job within the

workplace and work environment. Employees learn in an environment in which they will need to

practice the knowledge and skills taught in the on-the-job training.”

As it says, this thing is included in any curriculum as a test for every employee’s capacity

in the field that they want to enter. In this thing, they will be able to learn the pros and cons on

the field that they have got in their education. Another article says in the

In this manner, I would like to give my appreciation to the people who help me in doing

this narrative report and the On-the-Job Training to be done in an easy way. These are the

 To my Inquiries, Investigation, and Immersion teacher, Ms. Danica Ellaiza Endita who

helps me in the process of doing the On-the-Job Training and this narrative report

my OJT.

 To all agencies that helps me in getting the acquired requirements for the OJT
