Passing of the Peace

Walk With Me
Walk with me Lord; walk with me. Walk with me Lord; walk with me
Ooh, while I'm on this tedious journey; I want Jesus to walk with me.

Oh, hold my hand Lord; please hold my hand. Oh, hold my hand Lord; hold, hold my hand
While I'm on this tedious journey, I want Jesus to walk with me.

Guide my feet Lord, guide my feet. Guide my feet Lord, guide my feet
While I’m on this tedious journey, I want Jesus to walk with me

Guide My Feet
Guide my feet while I run this race. Guide my feet while I run this race.
Guide my feet while I run this race, for I don't want to run this race in vain!

Hold my hand while I run this race. Hold my hand while I run this race.
Hold my hand while I run this race, for I don't want to run this race in vain!

Stand by me while I run this race. Stand by me while I run this race.
Stand by me while I run this race, for I don't want to run this race in vain!

I'm your child while I run this race. I'm your child while I run this race.
I'm your child while I run this race, for I don't want to run this race in vain!

Search my heart while I run this race. Search my heart while I run this race.
Search my heart while I run this race, for I don't want to run this race in vain!
Guide my feet while I run this race. Guide my feet while I run this race.
Guide my feet while I run this race, for I don't want to run this race in vain!

Close to Thee
Thou my everlasting portion, more than friend or life to me,
All along my pilgrim journey, Savoir, let me walk with thee.

Refrain: Close to thee, close to thee, close to thee, close to thee,

All along my pilgrim journey, Savoir, let me walk with thee.

Not for ease or worldly pleasure, nor for fame my prayer shall be;
Gladly will I toil and suffer, only let me walk with thee.

Lead me through the vale of shadows, bear me o'er life's fitful sea;
Then the gate of life eternal may I enter, Lord, with thee.

1 Corinthians 12: 18-27—Rev. B. Boone

God put all the different parts into one body on purpose. If all the parts were alike,
where would the body be? It takes many parts to make a body. The eye cannot say to
the hand, "I do not need you," any more than the head can say to the feet, "I do not
need you." And even those members of the body which seem less important are in fact
indispensable. We take special care to dress up some parts of our bodies. We are
modest about our personal parts, but we don't have to be modest about other parts.
God has put our bodies together in such a way that even the parts that seem the least
important are valuable. Thus, there must be no dissension in the body. All the members
must be concerned for one another. If one member suffers, all the members suffer; if
one member is honored, all the members share the joy. You, then, are the body of
Christ, and each of you is a member of it.

Mark 6: 7-11—Lisa Codario

Jesus summoned the twelve and began to send them out in pairs, giving them authority
over unclean spirits. He instructed them that should take nothing for their journey,
except a mere staff--no bread, no bag, no money in their belts. They were to wear
sandals but, he added, "Do not take a spare tunic." And Jesus said to them, "Whenever
you enter a house, stay there until you leave town. Any place that does not receive you
or listen to you, as you leave it, shake off the dust from the soles of your feet as a
testimony against them."
