reflection on his daily life that is based on military rules. The concepts define how people and

groups act in any organization. In this paper, the researcher analysis these three concepts by

management theory is raised to resolve the disputes and to emphasize the negotiation or

bargaining.

III. Outside the classroom, the researcher along with his fellows was trying to do some local

real estate business. He used the conflict and negotiation point, and in this way, he

collected a lot of funds and force. The researcher changed the composition ofthe teams by

separating their categories. In this way, the thinking of the researcher and behavior is

changed.

this concept. Conflict management has useful techniques which were helpful in

improving the behavior and has made the researcher like a military man.

V. Applying this concept has released the frustration, stress, and tension between the

researcher and the team members. Emotions and feelings of both the researcher and the

team members enhanced the personal and professional effectiveness of the researcher

(Burrell & Morgan, 2017).

b) Communication barrier

I. Physical, cultural, semantic, and interpersonal communication barriers are considered to

be present as a free loop between the sender and the receiver in any organization.

Communication barrier concept is valuable in organizational behavior because

misunderstanding in any organization behavior leads towards undesirable actions and

irreplaceable damage. It is helpful in maintaining the flow of communication. Monroe’s

motivation sequence can be taken as a step to overcome the communication barriers in

While doing the local real estate business team members were from different areas and

societies which have raised the communication gap. The researcher has applied active

listening skills among his team members due to which the points and messages were

understood by everyone. Despite the interruption, the organization behavior went well.

III. The researcher used the strategy of repeating and confirming the content of a message. In

this way, it was confirmed that the correct content had been delivered to the team

members.

and in this way, behavior changed automatically. This concept has improved the thinking

of team members as they can understand things easily.

the things. As making sound decisions and performing according to them by using

leadership techniques is a process of directing the behavior, and achieving the goals. It

team members and the employees have changed towards new technologies. The

researcher can react more positively and humbly (Bolman& Deal,2017).
