INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISING OPERATIONS IN THE FIELD OF

HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK, FIRE PROTECTION, AND ENVIRONMENTAL


PROTECTION

Section Smokovac – Uvac - Matesevo

Article 1

During working time, professional supervisor is obliged to perform entrusted job consciously,
and in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards, to protect the
reputation of the company, as well as the reputation of the company over which he/she
performs supervision, and to protect confidential information from public disclosure unless
the responsible person approves it.

Article 2

The qualified supervisor shall, during working time be present in places where it is most
needed in terms of urgency and importance, establish good communication with the
managers on site and within the scope of his/her activities.

Article 3

Supervisor is obligated to work in accordance with legaly applicable regulations and


professional standards, and introduce other engaged persons in the same, and that is:

 The Law on Safety and Health at Work (Sl.RCG number: 34/2014)

 The Law on Protection and Rescue (Sl.RCG number: 32/11)

 The Law on Environmental Protection (Sl.RCG number: 21/09)

 The Law on Transport of Dangerous Substances (Sl.RCG number: 33/14)

 Regulations on Safety and Health at Work in Construction S.L. number: 42/68 45/68,

 Other executive legislation in terms of safety and health at work

 Technical instructions for the construction machinery operation and management

Article 4

Supervisor is obliged to immediately stop activities and to inform the manager of the site if
he/she notice any irregularities that might endanger life and cause material harm within the
site.

Article 5

Supervisor is obliged, if he/she notice any irregularities that are not life threatening, to
immediately or as soon as possible remove irregularities in agreement with the manager of
the site.

Article 6
Supervisor is obliged during working hours to compile a daily report:

 Daily report is compiled daily

 Daily report has to include date, place, and a company´s name.

 Daily report has to include all specific events during a shift.

 Daily report with specific emphasis includes issues that are not solved on the spot
between the supervisor and manager, and it is necessary to solve them with leading
engineers.

Article 7

Supervisor is obliged to compile and submit a monthly report no later than 15th of the month,
and it includes:

 Description of successfully completed activities during the month that contributed to


the Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection.

 Description of planned activities for next month.

Article 8

Supervisor is obliged, if he/she notice or receive information that new employees who did not
attend training in terms of Safety and Health at Work and Fire Protection exist, to
immediately inform the superiors in order to organize the training or issue the usage
permission. In addition, supervisor is obliged to report new working machines in order to
issue the usage permission (expert finding).

Article 9

Supervisor is obliged to report all proposals, remarks, and suggestions to his/her superior
manager in order to consider them and to better organize entrusted job.

Article 10

These instructions are considered mandatory for every employed professional supervisor on
the construction site, on the highway Bar-Boljare, section Smokovac-Uvac-Matesevo.
