All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in order to pick-up a badge A valid photo ID, as well as your registration
confirmation email, containing the QR code, is required to be presented to staff in order to receive your badge. Acceptable forms of identification
include: Drivers License, School ID, Work ID, Passport, Military ID, etc.
REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY:
Your refund request must be received within 30 days of your registration purchase date. After 30 days, you may edit or transfer your badge to the
following year. Fees may be applied to transfers for the following year (one year only).
For passes purchased after May 1, 2016, the 30 day refund policy no longer applies. The deadline for registration refunds, edits, and transfers is June
1, 2016.
All passes purchased after June 1, 2016 cannot be edited, refunded, or transferred to the next year. Send your request via email: registration@anime-

18未満の参加者はバッジの受け取りの際に大人の保護者が立ち会っていなければいけません。有効の身分証明書（写真入り）、登録確認のEメール
（QRコード入り）をスタッフに提出する事が必要となります。次の身分証明書などが受け付けられています：運転免許証、学生ID、社員ID、パスポー
ト、軍人ID、等。
払い戻しと転送のポリシー：
払い戻しのリクエストは登録購入から30日間以内に申請してください。30日間の期限以降は登録されたバッジ内容を編集するか次年度（1年分）に転
送するのみが可能となります。次年度に転送する場合は費用がかかります。登録の払い戻し、編集、そして転送の締め切りは登録購入日と関係なく
2016年6月1日となります。2016年6月1日以降のパス購入においては払い戻しも転送も不可となります。リクエストの申請はEメールまたは次のリンク
