We know that Mujahideen commanders approve of missions that have a very

high probability of collateral damage or civilian deaths, just as we know for a

fact that NATO, ISAF and US military brass do as well- it is at the moment
permitted by war policies of international governmental groups even if it is
illegal according to laws they bound themselves to.

The question is according to what idea of justice is it perfectly legal and un-
indictable on one side and even the mere suspicion of it on the other can lead
to extra-judicial assassination or even the invasion of a whole country?

This isn't even a tough question to answer, however for the west is seems
like an illegal question to ask.

When will 'American' Muslims wake up to the reality that what they condemn
from the soldiers and fighters that hail from their own religion, they fully
condone and celebrate through their unrelenting and unquestioning
patriotism and allegiance those who commit the same acts among the
Disbelievers?

How can you display so proudly a flag outside your Islamic centers, homes,
and on your lapels while that same flag is stitched to the shoulders and
decal-ed on the missiles and rockets that are daily crashing upon the homes
and heads of Muslim civilians?

Simple. The 'American' Muslims as a group have chosen their side. It is the
side of security, safety and comfort in this worldly life, even if it means in the
shade of the allies of Shaytan. Lamentably it is at the expense of standing by
Muslims and Islam when they need them most, and thus at the expense of
Afterlife.

Muslims of the UK, Australia, Europe, and elsewhere in western societies-

don't make the same mistake. The fate of the 'American' Muslims appears all
but sealed. Allah knows best those who repent and are sincere in returning
from Disbelief. We see your protests and we see your callers to the truth
warning your governments from continuing to commit aggressions against
Muslims and Muslims lands, and so it appears there is still hope for you.
While we may leave the call to demonstrate, boycott, and arms to others, it is
incumbent on every individual who does not wish for Allah to remove all faith
from their hearts completely, to at least hate what has befallen the Muslims
in the lands being occupied and invaded and to attribute the actions to their
rightful owners- the west. It is incumbent on every Muslim outside of the US
to understand the imminent danger of falling into what they have of Disbelief
for their allegiance and support for the Disbelievers against Muslims.

It is nothing short of blaming the victim to say that Muslims have done
anything deserving of invasion and occupation. According to western
government estimates there are fewer than a couple thousand enemy
fighters in Afghanistan or Iraq, yet hundreds of thousands of civilians have
been wounded or killed because of invasions and occupations directed by or
conducted by western allies. By what standards in peace time or war are
such statistics legal or acceptable? It is called collective punishment and is
explicitly outlawed by even customary international law. Yet because of the
status and influence of particular member nations, signatories of said
customary laws, they go unpunished and conduct their unjust wars with
absolute immunity from prosecution.

So there are two statements for Muslims in the US. For those that support
America in its invasions of Muslim lands and who do not say a word against it,
it is said to you: {Wherever you shall be, death will catch up to you, even if
you were in fortified bunkers...}[4:78].

For those Muslim who feel helpless and powerless to stem the tide of
hypocrisy, it is said: {So how is it that you have become divided in two
groups regarding the hypocrites while Allah has returned them back (to
polytheism) by means of what they themselves have reaped? Do you wish to
guide those whom Allah has led astray? You can never find a way for
whomever Allah has led astray}[4:88].

The western governments know that by imprisoning the various callers to

truth, by intimidating the immigrant Muslims with deportation, and by
funding organizations that claim Islam but who are upon Disbelief and openly
allied with Shaytan, they can effectively reduce the likelihood of any Muslim
who does truly Believe from finding company or support in the truth about
the reality of the invasions and occupations.

However despite their best efforts, Allah places Belief in the hearts of
whosoever He chooses, and the hope is that this message reaches those who
Allah has seen fit to bless with Belief in the lands of the enemies of the
Muslims.

Take heart my brothers and sisters who find themselves as Believers, but in
the lands of the occupiers and invaders of Muslim lands, and their supporters.
As long as you speak out for justice and denounce hypocrisy and disbelief,
should it be your fate to pass away in that state, Allah will not raise you with
them on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah says: {Whoever helps increase
a good effort then there is a share of that for him, and whoever helps
increase an oppressive effort, then there is a share of responsibility of that on
him. Allah is the One Who Nourishes everything}[4:85].

There is no greater issue more important to the sustenance of Islam among

Muslims in the west than coming down on the correct side of this issue of the
invasion and occupation of Muslim lands. If you fear to respond with truth to
your neighbors or those in authority over you from the disbelievers, then it is
better for you that you should remain silent than to disparage Muslim fighters
or lend a word of support to the invaders and occupiers out of despair or fear.
If you choose to respond with the truth of the matter and as Believers in Allah
and Last Day, and speak out against the actions of the occupiers and
invaders then know that this is from the best of al-Jihad and Allah may choose
to send tests and trials upon you of imprisonment, isolation, and suffering in
order to elevate your rank in the next life.

Know that while you were speaking on the crimes committed against the
Muslims, perhaps stumbling in your speech, or at a loss for words at times,
the true orators of this Ummah are busying themselves with debating the
philosophers, economists, and scientists from the disbelievers, trying to
convince one who is arrogant, deaf, dumb, and blind of the truth.

Know that Believers are with you and making supplications to Allah on your
behalf at every moment.
Know that your words are heavier in the scale of deeds and more valuable
than any epic poem, award winning scientific discovery, or best seller novel
ever authored.

Your words place you in the company of the truthful and martyrs of the
Ummah, and may Allah cause you to have the actions to match your words.

Greetings, Peace, and Blessings upon all those who follow true guidance and
disdain evil and misguidance of which Prayer and Charity while disparaging
the Muslim fighters and praising the disbelievers is a part.
