Metatrader allow you to get VPS server based on your trading server, to get lowest Ping

To manage risk more effectively, it is important to know the pip value of each position in the currency of
your trading account, and the type of your account: STANDARD / MINI or MICRO

First of all, you must know the trade lot size and your account currency, then follow the to determine how
much each pip is worth for 1 lot size in different account type:

Pip Value = (Pip in decimal places * Trade Size) / Market Price

Example :

• Trading 1.0 lot of EUR/USD with an account denominated in EUR

• One pip in decimals = 0.0001, Trade Size = 100,000, Exchange Rate = 1.13798
• 0.0001 * 100,000 = 10 => 10 / 1.13798 = 8.78750
• Each pip is worth: €8.79 = $10 If account is dominated in USD

Example :

• Trading 0.1 lot of EUR/USD with an account denominated in EUR

• One pip in decimals = 0.0001, Trade Size = 100,000, Exchange Rate = 1.13798
• 0.0001 * 10,000 = 1 => 1 / 1.13798 = 0.87875
• Each pip is worth: €0.879 = $1 If account is dominated in USD

 ❖ Money Management vs Risk (3 Trades by EA)

RISK % = (LOSS Per Trade / BALANCE) x 100

Loss Per trade: is the Probability that X orders met All loss.

Case 1 :

✓ Balance = 100$
✓ Lot size = 0.01
✓ Number of positions = 3  3 x 0.01 = 0.03 Lot
✓ SL = 30 pips  IF All Position Met loss Your TOTAL Risk in Money = 9$
✓ RISK = 9%

With Balance = 200$  Total Risk in Money = 9$

✓ Risk = 4.5%
With Balance = 300$  Total Risk in Money = 9$
✓ Risk = 3.0%

Case 2 :

✓ Balance = 1000$
✓ Micro Lot size = 0.1
✓ Number of positions = 3  3 x 0.1 = 0.3 Lot
✓ SL = 30 pips  IF All Position Met loss Your TOTAL Risk in Money = 90$
✓ RISK = 9%

With Balance = 2000$  Total Risk in Money = 90$

✓ Risk = 4.5%
With Balance = 3000$  Total Risk in Money = 90$
✓ Risk = 3.0%

SAFE MONEY MANAGEMENT

To use 3 experts in same time with risk 3% you need an account with 300$ trading with lot size = 0.01
To use 3 experts in same time with risk 4.5% you need an account with 3000$ trading with lot size = 0.1
To use 3 experts in same time with risk 4.5% you need an account with 30000$ trading with lot size = 1.0

✓ SL = 30 pips  IF All Position Met loss Your TOTAL Risk in Money = 21$
✓ RISK = 9%

With Balance = 460$  Total Risk in Money = 21$

✓ SL = 30 pips  IF All Position Met loss Your TOTAL Risk in Money = 210$
✓ RISK = 9%

With Balance = 4600$  Total Risk in Money = 210$

✓ Risk = 4.5%
With Balance = 6900$  Total Risk in Money = 210$
✓ Risk = 3.0%
 SAFE MONEY MANAGEMENT
To use 7 experts in same time with risk 3% you need an account with 300$ trading with lot size = 0.01
To use 7 experts in same time with risk 3% you need an account with 460$ trading with lot size = 0.1
To use 7 experts in same time with risk 3% you need an account with 69000$ trading with lot size = 1.0

CONCLUSION:

First of All, the examples above are general mathematical formula for safe money
management computed based on the worst expected loss per round, the risk management
is only valid if orders are open in same time or met loss in same time

Whenever you raise your deposit balance, you can reduce the risk % and you protect your
account from margin call on your account, with this professional manner by expecting the
worst probability that can happen even not happen, you will know how many EA in same
time after finish all analysis
