1. Coca-Cola Company is a multinational corporation that manufactures retails
and market beverages and syrups that are non-alcoholic in nature.it is

incorporated in Wilmington and centered in Atlanta, Georgia .The

distribution system of the company is franchised that is, the company has

joined hands with different bottlers in different countries so that they can sell

their products in the name of the company.Apparently, the coca cola

company has been an envy of many due to their good management that has

led to massive profits. However, it has taken the company organization

behavior as well as leadership ethics to guarantee success of the company.

Teamwork is when you work together to achieve a common goal. The

multinational company has awide range of employees from different countries and

with different skills too.Embracing team work through team building in cocacola

industries has played a major role partaining to achievements of the company this

has been enabled by good communication among the employees, good leadership

of the company and proper measures of conflict resolution. Simmilary, teamwork

has helped in sharing of different usefull ideas from different skills of different

people, this has been very essential to the company’s management.


In the above diagram, it clearly indicates that the combination of ability,

aspiration and engagement brings about success so as teamwork.in brief we can

say engagement of the coca cola company with different abilities through

motivation has been key to their development. For example, japan is one of the

countries where Coca-Cola products has largely thrived in market through

teamwork and becoming one of the best country in sale and distribution of the

products. This has been through their strong leadership who came up with ideas of

rebranding and digital revolution. The leader of coca cola japan won woodruff cup

in year 2011
2. More importantly, Coca Cola Company illustrates goodwill to the public

through its organization behavior. This is evident in a conspicuous example in

japan where it was actively involved in the launching of ‘’keep japan beautiful’’ an

initiative to make japan neat. Thecompany’s effort to support recycling and

environment awareness program are evident through scholarships and youth funds.

In the year when a desolating earthquake and tsunami hitJapan coca cola came in

and provided its full support of thirty one million dollars to support the recovery

effort. The company has been in the front line to provide immediate relief in time

of such crisis. However,Coca-Cola has been giving grants to support foundation of

areas where personalwell-being, protection of environment and strong community

is enhanced. Japan has considered environment conservation of paramount

importance; this is through wildlife fund, worldwide fund for nature, nature

conservancy group among many others. Coca cola also has taken part in

community building through education and youthdevelopment that has greatly

enhanced community improvement. Atinstance, coca cola foundation gave eight

million and eight hundred thousand dollars in aid of development of sustainable

communities. Similarly, the company also sponsored a national volunteer program

an initiative in Pakistan that has undertaken the obligation of delegating individuals

from different corporates to a nonprofitmaking organization that is in need of their

exceptional skills.
Briefly, we can conclude that teamwork in an organization directly affects

the yield that is; if an organization incorporates teamwork, it guarantees success for

itself.
