I. Executive Summary
Love- A Puto Incorporation offers homemade, delicious, affordable, and
excellent quality product, the puto. Innovating the usual puto we see, the plain
one, the business holders decided to give the customers a unique version of puto.
These rice cakes come with various fillings such as macapuno, langka, mango,
strawberry, chocolate and mocha flavors. This innovation will pique the interest
of the people in Cavite State University-Main Campus. It also aims to provide
and resolve the need of the said Campus’ students and staffs for food.
The Love- A Puto Incorporation is operated and established by the random
students of Grade 12- Matatag of Cavite State University Laboratory Science
High School. This enterprise will showcase, develop and enhance the
entrepreneurship skills that is hidden within the students or the owners. The
products are going to be sold directly to the customers as there will be no
specific target location. With the fact that the products that we are selling are
delicious, worthy and cheap, the customers will surely be enthusiast and
satisfied. The said business will also keep the trashes that will be used in the
business.
II. Introduction

A. The Business Concept


Nowadays, people tend to look for a delicious, thrilling but cheap kind of
food, especially those students and teachers who don’t have enough time looking
for a store to buy food that is worth the money and fulfilling. Since, in our
society, foods have been developed because of those marketing strategies used
by the witty - Filipino sellers. So, the Love- A Puto Incorporation will start a
marketing business and enterprises that will specialized in food services,
particularly the rice cake also known as the puto which is the main product but
also comes with various drinks.

B. The Business Model


The starting capital of Love- A Puto Incorporation will be provided by its
business owners or the students themselves. Students will share a various
amount of money to start the business accordingly to the estimated amount of
money needed to buy the raw materials. There will be no middle- man within the
operation cycle of the said business for the students will personally buy, make
and sell their own product. The prices of Love- A Puto Incorporation products
are yet to be finalized by the shareholders, as there will be expected increase in
price of the ingredients needed to produce the said company’s product. Love- A
Puto Incorporation will not entirely focused on distribution of puto but will also
sell some drinks.
To raise the earnings of the business, the Love- A Puto Incorporation will
offer a promo and give leaflets to endorse the products. The enterprise does not
have any specific target location for they will be selling the products personally
to the target customers. The total earned money will be computed by deducting
the total expenses from the total income. Proper auditing of the money will
maintained during the whole duration of business.
The puto was selected to be the main product of the business for the reason
that among those other enterprises, this one is unique and different. Aside from
that, the said product is fulfilling one and truly a part of Filipino cuisine and
history. On the other side, the strategy of selling the product is also an advantage
because instead of waiting for customers to come, the sellers will be the one who
will personally sell the products that will gather more customers.

III. The Business Goals

Vision
To establish an enterprise that will cater the needs of the students and
employees of Cavite State University the food services and products for the next
two years.

Mission
To constantly serve good quality puto or the rice cake not only to satisfy the
customer’s cravings but also produce profit for the enterprise’s owners and for
the improvement of the said business. Aiming to provide students the experience
of handling a business enterprise.

Objectives

1. To provide quality food services that would satiate the students and
employee’s hunger.
2. To obtain the reasonable profit of the business.
3. To be recognized for producing an innovative product .
4. To make the Love- A Puto a way to enhance the entrepreneurship
skills of the business owners.

Performance Targets
This business aims to provide excellent quality and affordable food products
to the students and staffs of Cavite State University- Main Campus. It also to
gain profit and establish a good impression and the name of the enterprise. The
said business will be aiming to gain profit through advertising and direct selling
of their products.

Speet

In our place, one of the foods that people are looking for is the one which
tend to taste like a native one. Since, kalamay is one of the delicacies that are
well- known product of Indang, the business owners think of a product which
will give the customers the native taste they are looking for. To achieve this, they
decided to create some filling that came from the famous products of the said
place. Since Indang is one of the agricultural municipality in Cavite, they
decided to use crops that are abundant in there. Such as macapuno, langka,
chocolate flavor produced from cocoa, caramel flavored from the coffee and
milk, mango flavor and the strawberry flavor.
The owners will set a mark up price appropriate to meet the target profit.
Also, using of plastic bags will not be entertained since in Indang it is strictly
prohibited. The business will provide trash bins for the trash used in the product.
The sellers will use speakers to promote, endorse and to attract customers.
Also, leaflets will be provided to enlarge the scope of the business.
