AFFIDAVIT
I, ELVIE DOMINGO, Ex-wife of ALEX DOMINGO, resident and voters of Barangay
Ayyeng, Manabo, Abra, after having been duly sworn to in accordance to the law hereby
deposed and state.

That on the year 1999 started the rumors with ALEX DOMINGO & MARIA A.
LACANGAN dating secretly. Until such time that their relationship revealed already as they go
on.
And in the year 2001, MARIA A. LACANGAN abandoned CONSTANTE
LACANGAN, in favor of another person ALEX DOMINGO, and they decided to be together in
one house, and ALEX DOMINGO left me with my kids and there are still living as husband and
wife at Luzong Manabo, Abra.

CONSTANTE LACANGAN became thin and pitiful because of too much stress and pain
inside his heart, a lot of sicknesses came out, then MARIA A. LACANGAN never take care and
even visited him during his sufferings.

And in the year 2013, CONSTANTE LACANGAN died because of cardiac arrest due to
too much suffering from stress.

That I am executing these statements for the sake of truth and nothing but the truth.

truth of the foregoing.

 SWORN STATEMENT

We undersigned, resident and voters of Manabo, Abra, having been sworn to in

accordance with the law hereby deposed and state.

That we know very well MARIA A. LACANGAN and ALEX DOMINGO, cohabiting in
one house until now.

In the year 2001, she left CONSTANTE LACANGAN her husband in behalf of ALEX
DOMINGO, who is resident of Ayyeng, Manabo, Abra.

During her abandonment, CONSTANTE LACANGAN suffered complicated illnesses

until he died due to this illnesses made aggravated by stress.

In witness whereof, we have signed this document freely and voluntarily certifying to the
truth of the foregoing.
