CHICKEN SATAY
Ingridients/materials
1) 3 tablespoon (45 ml) soya sauce
2) 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
3) 1 tablespoon (15 ml) peanut oil
4) 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chrushed
5) 1 pinch groun cumin
6) 6 skinless, boneless, chickend breast halvas, cubed
7) 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
8) ¼ cup grated onion, about half a medium onion
9) 1 clove garlic, peeled and chrushed
10) 1 cup (250 ml) water
11) ½ cup (125 gr) chunky peanuts
Tips : brush the chicken with the marinate sauce while grilling
it will become more delicious.
Occasionally turn the chicken until it’s cooked. The chicken it’s
easily cooked so be careful
After all the satay is cooked, put the rest of the sauce sweet
soya sauce ( arround 5 tablespoon or more ) kaffir lime juice
( half or 1 of it ) and mix it togather
Put the fried shallots on top of it. Serve with warm rice
Tips
More delicious if served with “Lontong”
Give slices of tomato and a spinkling of fried onions
Better at eating while warm
