Our Team Name StaHen

Our Product/Service Name: H2WOAH!

1. Our Innovation: Describe your Innovation in 250 words or less. What is your business called? How
would it work? How would a consumer use it and benefit from it? Be clear, crisp and creative! (250
word limit)

Our innovation is creating a new healthy beverage for everyone to enjoy. Our business is called H2WOAH!
And it contains all healthy ingredients. It would work by mass producing the product and distributing it to
retailers to sell. A consumer would use it by drinking it because it is a beverage and it is made to be
consumed. They would benefit from it because many people do not drink water and this drink was made to
promote healthy drinking because of all its ingredients. It has chia seeds in order to promote healthy digestion
and lemon juice to aid with weight loss and freshens your breath.

2. Meet The Global Challenge: How does your business idea address the Sustainable Development
Goal defined in the challenge? What makes your idea especially innovative? (300 word limit).
3

Our business idea addresses the Sustainable Development Goal by creating a beverage that is healthy but
also tasty. With this great combination it would attract many people who would like to have a refreshing tasty
beverage but also be benefitting their health. Many people are very skeptical with drinking chia seeds
because of how visually displeasing it is. With this drink we hope that it would gear people to consuming more
water and healthy ingredients like chia seeds. Our idea is especially innovative because we are trying to put a
positive spin on chia seeds by making the drink more tasty by making it more pleasurable to drink.

Now describe that with 3 adjectives:

a. tasty

b. healthy

c. Life changing

3. Market Opportunity: How will your business idea solve an existing problem or fulfill a need that is
not being met by other products or services? In other words, in what ways is your solution different
from and better than the competition? (250 word limit)

It would help solve an existing problem because many people in the US do not live a healthy lifestyle. With
this idea we hope that we can help people develop healthy lifestyles. Many companies claim that their product
is very healthy but they are actually not. Or they are truly healthy but they don’t taste good. Our solution is
different from the competition because our product is truly healthy and is very delicious. Our product meets
both needs of taste and health because most companies only meet one need or none at all.

Who’s your competition? You’ll be asked to upload up to 3 competitors’ logos or provide company
names of 3 businesses that would compete with yours.

4. Customer Profile: Who is the target audience for your business? Select their age, gender, and
location.
My target audience is everyone of all ages who live in the US, specifically people who are very
unhealthy and need to change the way the eat and drink. People who have trouble digesting their food
quickly.

Identify Your Customer: Our target customer age is (define a low and high end of the range,
between 0 and 100):
15 - - -20 - - -25- - - - 30- - - -35 - - - 40- - --45 - - 50 -- - -55 - - - - 60

Our target customer gender is 51 % Male and 49 % Female

Why this percentage breakdown?

Because we are not trying to target a specific gender. We are trying to get everyone to drink this
beverage. But we are trying to get males to drink it more because they are slightly more unhealthy
than women.
6

Our target customer demographic is (select 1) Urban / Suburban / Rural / Global global _

Why this target geographic focus?

Because everywhere in the world there are some people who do not live a healthy lifestyle

Describe the behaviors, interests, beliefs, lifestyle and personality of your customer. Why
would the person you described above be interested in purchasing your product or service?
(250 words)

The customers we are trying to target are people who are skeptical of trying healthy drinks and
healthy foods, such as chia seeds. Many people may turn away from trying chia seeds because they
are not visually appealing and they will not try it because it does not look okay to drink. We are also
trying to give people who already live healthy lifestyles something new to try, something that tastes
good and is beneficial to them. We would like to encourage people who are skeptical of food being
healthy and tasty at the same time to try our beverage.
