Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

 I feel interest is the most important motivation for me because I have

learned that if you do not have interest in something, you will not do it right.
 Lifestyle is my second motivation: changing you lifestyle, you could be able
to get better your environment and yours relationships.
 In engineering you need variety to be different: I have been learning types
of programming.
 Communications require high reliability and availability to work correctly, but
if security is not present, your communication is bad.
 In my current job I have to face challenges everyday and thanks to this I
have learned to solve problems and gain recognition for it.
 Recognition is important because it drives you to be better in your job and
you’re still working relying more on your abilities.
 at my age it is very important to be clear what goals you will have in order to
 archieve financial independence. I have opened a bank account to save
now and thus a clear financial objetive.
 It is unflair that we have to good relations so thath in one way or another
they help us to achieve our goals ( the popular lever). I would like to form
honest relationships with my colleagues to be able to understand their point
of view and discuss different aspects.
 money s ma ultimate motivation because I really nedd to be able to
understand that the world does not revolve around money.
