This calorie intake project has helped me be more aware of what exactly I am eating, and

how much I am eating. I read on the internet that the average of calories a woman should

consume is 2000 calories a day. According to my chart, some days I do not eat enough and some

days I’m almost to the amount per day. I learned that all that I am eating isn’t really all that

healthy. I need to start eating more greens, and less meats. I also need to stop eating hot cheetos,

maybe then I’ll stop feeling slugish. A one day healthy menu could include:

Three nutritional goals I have for myself are:

- Instead of drinking soda and juice I need to start drinking 8 cups of water a day

- Eat more greens (vegetables) instead of eating meat and chicken all the time; maybe

reduce to eating meat and chicken to 1 time per week.

- Give up all junk food, and eat some granola bars or protein bars
