Dear Parents,
I would like to thank all families who have completed the registration and payment for the camps. The
camps scheduled early in the school year provide students and teachers with wonderful opportunities
to establish positive relationships and team building skills that will contribute to a successful academic
year. Students who participate in Community Service based camps can also include these details in
their College / University applications and recognition of participation will also appear on formal
school transcripts.
Payment and registration for all camps has been extended to Tuesday, 31st August. This is the final
day for registration and payment. Camps to Borneo, Dalat and Nha Trang require flight bookings and
this must be completed well in advance.
Parents and Students are encouraged to submit their registration forms to Reception as soon as
possible.
Parent / Student Information Sessions will be held in Week Two of Term One and camp information
will be presented and discussed:
Tuesday, 24th August: Years 7 – 10 Parent Information Session (6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
Thursday, 26th August: Years 11 – 12 Parent Information Session (6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.)
Yours sincerely,
Shawn Hutchinson
