RE: REMINDER/ NOTICE OF INTENSION TO SUE

WE ACT FOR and on behalf of MS. LALAM VICKY herein referred to as our client upon
whose instruction we address you as follows ;-

 THAT you are the biological father of your child named Oola Lucky Stewart-8yrs.
 THAT from the time the mother of your child passed in 2010, you have neglected
and refused to provide maintenance for the said child.
 THAT you have never bothered to visit the said child and care for the said child
as his biological father.

TAKE NOTE that your actions amount to child neglect criminally and you can arrested
and prosecuted in the courts of law on that note.

THAT, you are invited to our office on the 17TH/03/2015 at 10:00am so the matter can
be discussed and resolved amicably. But you decided not to attend the meeting.

UPON THE ABOVE, you are therefore reminded and given 7 days to start meeting the needs
of your child as soon as possible otherwise; this letter serves to inform you that we have
intentions of dragging you to court.
