Repro steps:

1. Export variable.dbf
2. “Import All” select (exported) Variable.csv
3. Compile
4. Logoff from computer and have another domain user log on
5. Compile project
6. Observe compile error referencing variable.dbf

File permission changes after variable.dbf has been exported to Variable.csv

*Note that “Everyone” group is not in the list. This is where the compile error comes from as when a
new domain user is logged on the machine, this person is categorized as “Everyone”
