(ASSUME VESSEL IS LOADING KEROSENE AT SRC)

• First line on board
• All made fast port/stbd side with 4+2 fwd and aft
• Pilot away
• Loading master and surveyor onboard
• Loading arm connected to manifold N 1&3 (2x10’’)
• Loading master and surveyor away.
• Deck, pump room, CCR line up for loading/discharging in nominated COT,
verified by C/O
• Informed loading master vessel is ready for operation, manifold open.
• Commenced operation in COT thru manifold No.1 via No.1 line, initial rate
record.
• Confirmed loading master/daughter vessel is receiving/discharging cargo.
• Check manifold vicinity, pump room, deck area for any leakage, found nil.
• Informed loading master to increase loading/discharging rate slowly to
maximum as per requirement.
• Rate increased to maximum, check deck, pump room, CCR found all
satisfactory.
• Check non nominate tanks for any accidental leakage, found nil.
• Check WBT with oil paste, found no trace of oil. Commenced
ballasting/deballasting from WBT by pump/gravity.
• Safety rounds made on deck, pump room. All found satisfactory.
• Requested loading master for reduce loading rate to 2000 m3/hr
commenced topping off.
• Completed operation.
• All valves on deck, pump room, CCR secured.
• Commenced ullaging/calculation.
• Loading arm disconnected
• Do not mention air blow
• Loading master surveyor away.
