I.INTRODUCTION

Bibingka is always visible in times of occasional activities such as; patron fiesta,

Barangay/town fiesta, Christmas and other important gathering. This Filipino delicacy is

traditionally made from milled glutinous rice using an oven, charcoals, wood. We all know that

ybanags people are good in making bibingka because when they take or drink their coffee

sometimes they accompany with bibingka.

MISSION:

The Bibingka’s business aim to offer the best quality products at affordable price and to

serve the most nutritious food to satisfy our customer’s satisfaction, expectation and definitely to

meet our customer’s budget.

VISION:

To achieve our customer’s tongues and give them good service and nutrition’s food that

would help their body composition and variety flavour. Just like; cassava, peanut and other

flavour of bibingka. That surely catch the attention bring enjoyment and best taste of the

customers.

OBJECTIVES:

The Bibingka is able:

 To brighten the costumers for different kind of bibingka with good

taste and service;

 To bring happiness to our costumers every time they come in our

restaurant; and

 To establish a good images as a successful local food outlets.

II.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Bibingka is made milled glutinous rice, rice flour and powder. This can be consider as a

snack even breakfast. In the Philippines there are several bibingka recipes available today,

recipes that difficult and only takes in 1 day to prepared and cook. We assure you a unique

The target costumers are the clients of the Canteen, Sari-sari Stores, Market, online

business, tomasinos and visitors who pass by the Bibingka’s ship and all Filipino costumers who

loves the Bibingka’s variety flavour. We aware that competitors are everywhere around at Santo

Tomas but we assure that, we are the only Bibingka’s shop that offers free tasting and 50% off.

We guarantee to our costumers that we give first class treatment whenever they visit our

place. We will give them the best service that they deserve. With regards to the service and food

offerings, we consider the ideas and impressions of the costumers by providing a suggestion box

to our Bibingka’s shop.

V.MARKET ANALYSIS

Bibingka with its continuous service shows steady growth because of its offering

delicious and affordable foods. Filipino loves to eat they crave for Filipino food like Bibingka

with its increasing population a fine and accessible place to go with because it is located near at

the Gasoline Stations and Police Station.

bibingka. And also we can offer a 50% off on December, founding anniversary and fiesta’s by

barangay or town because there will be a lots of buyers come to our town.
