For the upcoming appraisal process, L1 and L2 manager mapping will be taken from SAP. Hence, please
ensure that you validate your L1 and L2 manager mapping and make any corrections (if reqd.)
For India & Middle East (IME) and Business Process Services (BPS), below is the manager mapping
logic.
L1: Project Supervisor for employees on project. Primary Supervisor for employees who are not on
project.
L2: Project Supervisor of Project Supervisor for employees on project. Primary Supervisor’s Primary
Supervisor for employees who are not on project.

1. Your Appraisal L1 and L2 mapping will be governed by the above model wise logic.
o If your Project Supervisor mapping as shown in Personal Staffing Page (PSP) on myWipro
is incorrect, please reach out to your Project Supervisor to get the mapping corrected in
Confluence.
o If your Primary Supervisor mapping as shown in PSP on myWipro is incorrect,
corrections should be done through Employee Movements app on myWipro. You can
initiate the changes yourself and the changes will be done once your old and new
managers approve the change request.
2. If your manager mapping (Project or Primary) in PSP is correct, however the same is not
reflecting in the Workflow validation screen on myWipro > My Career, please raise a helpline
ticket (http://helpline.wipro.com/) under ‘Wividus’ category to correct the same. Wividus team
will check the manager mapping logic and whether the mapping is reflecting in PSP and then
make the changes in the appraisal portal.
3. In case you have worked with more than one manager, you can map additional managers in the
appraisal system
4. L2 manager mapping is dependent on the L1 manager. If L1 manager is reflecting correctly or
once L1 mapping corrections are done in the system and if the L2 mapping is still not showing
correctly in the Appraisal portal, please raise a helpline ticket (http://helpline.wipro.com/)
under ‘Wividus’ category to correct the same. Wividus team will check the manager mapping
logic and whether the mapping is reflecting in PSP and then make the changes in the appraisal
portal.
All workflow mapping changes have to be done during the Workflow Validation stage itself.
The mapping will be frozen in the system at the end of this stage.
