1 Camera a.The drone is not allowed to operate at a distance
of less than 500m from the outer boundary of a
prohibited area or restricted area.
b.For purposes of photography, film, or mapping,the
drone operator has to enclose the permit letter
from the authorized institution based on the
applied regulation.
2 Farming equipment
a.The drone is only allowed to be operated in
(pests control and/ the farming or plantation area described in the
or sowing seed)

b.The drone is allowed to be operated if there’s
no settlement area within 500m of the outer
limits of the farming/plantation area.
The permit application for operating
the camera and the operator
certificate should be addressed to
the Directorate of Airworthiness
in the Ministry of Transport.

be submitted to the Directorate of
Air Navigation in the Ministry of
Transport.
For other uses, it depends on
the local regulations of each area
where drone is operated.
