With reference to your on-line application for the post of Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’
[Electronics] in Level 10 of Pay Matrix in CCS (RP) Rules, 2016 in response to our
Advertisement No.ISRO HQ:ICRB:05:2017 dated 15.09.2017 and, consequent upon
qualifying in the Written Test held on 17.12.2018, you are requested to appear for interview
with ISRO Selection Committee as under:-

1. You are requested to produce ORIGINAL and self attested photocopies of Degree
Certificates, marks sheets and other testimonials in proof of your age, educational
qualifications, nationality, experience (if any), etc for verification at the time of
Interview. Candidate should produce certificates in original pertaining to B.E/B.Tech
or equivalent in FIRST CLASS with minimum aggregate 65% marks or CGPA of
6.84 on a 10 scale (average of all the semesters) as proof of having obtained the
marks as declared in the web application. Further, it should be clearly understood
that you are being called for the interview on the basis of information
furnished by you in your web application. In case you fail to substantiate any
of the claims made in the web application such as marks obtained, date of
birth, etc., and if any variations are noticed, you will not be allowed to attend
the interview and your candidature will be summarily rejected and no
travelling allowance will be paid.

2. If you belong to SC/ST, please produce proof from the Revenue Authority not below
the rank of Tahsildar in the prescribed format.
3. If you are a Person with Disability (PWD), you should produce Medical Certificate
from the Medical Board.
4. Kindly note that any request for change of venue or change of date of interview will
not be entertained.
5. Please note that you may have to stay for the next day also, if required, at your own
expenses.
6. Please fill up the enclosed bio-data format (may be downloaded from the web-site) in
all respects before-hand and bring the same with you while coming for the interview
alongwith copies of your certificates/testimonials duly attested by self (signature of
the candidate) and a recent passport size colour photograph, failing which you will
not be allowed to attend the interview.
7. Outstation candidates who appear for interview will be reimbursed to and fro second
class rail fare by shortest route on through ticket basis between the place mentioned
in the web application and place of interview on production of proof of travel. In case
of travel by bus, the actual fare paid or second class train fare, whichever is less, will
be reimbursed. If you travel by bus, you have to produce the bus tickets and if you
travel by train, you have to furnish either the train tickets(s) or PNR Number(s).
8. If you travel from a place other than the one already declared in the web application,
TA will be paid from the actual place of journey or from the place declared in the web
application, whichever is shorter. Any change in the place of residence is to be
intimated well in advance. You will not be paid TA from the changed address, unless
it is intimated in writing [either by letter/telegram/Fax] well in advance.
9. If you are at present an employee of a Government/Semi Government Organisation/
Autonomous or Public Undertaking/Private Organisation aided by Government,
please produce a ‘NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE’ from your present employer at
the time of Interview, without which you will not be interviewed and no travelling
allowance will be paid.
10. If selected, you will have to resign from the present employment and join this
Organisation as a fresh entrant.
