Leadership – Getting the most from my teams has been a key to my success. I have lead
teams through projects that ranged from a few days to years in duration. These have been as
small as proposal preparation and as large as major product technology qualifications.

many occasions have been my organization’s top seller. In technical roles, I have built and lead
teams successfully through enterprise critical projects.

requirements to the team that will design and build it.
Technical Knowledge – Learning new fields is my stock-in-trade, and a personal point of
pride. I was trained as a physical chemist, and have worked in plasma physics, electrical
engineering, in collaboration solutions, and Business Process Automation.
