operating room cases for our clinical rotation at the Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center.

operating room cases. The following are the data that we would need: 1.) Hospital number, 2.)
Post and Pre-operating diagnosis, 3.) Name of the doctor, and 4.) Other important details. Rest
assured that the confidentiality will be observed in handling these patient specific details.
