In response to your application and subsequent interview on 5 June 1997 for the position of
Program Officer, the Executive Committee of Nari Unnayan Shakti (NUS) is pleased to appoint
you under the following terms and conditions:
2. You shall be entitled to other admissible allowances/benefits including festival bonus after
the probation period on such terms as may think appropriate by Nari Unnayan Shakti
(NUS) from time to time.
4. You will be on probation for a period of 6 (six) months and on receipt of satisfactory
reports on your successful completion of probationary period, your service will be
confirmed. During probation period your service may be terminated from either side by
giving 7 (seven) days prior notice;
5. Your office time will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday through Thursday; however, you
may be required to work beyond office hours.
6. Your service will be regulated as per service rules and regulation of the Nari Unnayan
Shakti (NUS)
8. You will have to produce all the academic certificate (s) in original at the time of joining
which will be returned to you after verification;
9. During probation period, you will be entitled for 15 (Fifteen) days sick leave and 10 (Ten)
days casual leave each year.
10. This offer of appointment will remain valid up to 22nd June 1997.
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable, you are requested to submit joining report
along with necessary documents mentioned above immediately.
