Student Name: _______________________ _ Registration # _________ ____________ _ Section ___ __________

Method: Lab reports and instructor observation during Lab sessions

Since the students are going to conduct their lab session in groups, the reports should be group reports. You need to submit the by the end of each session!.

The format of the report will be of the following:

Prelab (10):

i. Objective (10)
ii. Background

In Lab Components (60):

i. Experiment (60)
ii. Data Collection
iii. Viva
Post Lab
iii. Discussion and Results (30)
iv. Conclusion

Report component layout-judged by the neatness, completeness and organized including background theory (10%), procedure & answer (25%), discussion (35%) and
conclusion (10%) and presentation/viva (20%). Presentation will be done at the end of each lab session. Each one of you will be questioned on anything with regard to
the conducted experiment. This is to ensure active participation from all the members. A failure of a member to answer the posed questions will jeopardize the whole
group.

Outcome Assessed:
1. Ability to conduct experiments, as well as to analyze an d interpret data (P).
2. Ability to function on multi- disciplinary tams (A).
3. Ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice (P).
4. Ability to communicate engineering knowledge (A)
