TITLE MOBILIZATION
OBJECTIVE  To ensure that customer requirements are reviewed and fully understood.
 To ensure mobilization of equipment, manpower and facilities into the project site is
completed as scheduled.
SCOPE This procedure covers activities from review of project plan/specifications to inspection of
temporary facilities.

1. Meet all concerned personnel.
2. Compile important documents such as the Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Contract, Program of Works, and
other required permits in the Project File.
3. Discuss the following:
a. Project Profile – Nature/ Scope of Project, Site Location, Project Plans and Specifications
b. Introduction of Project Team Members
c. Discussion of Project Schedule
d. Report Submission Schedule/ Inspection Schedule

e. Quality Policy

4. Assign Duties and Responsibilities to concerned personnel.
5. List assigned personnel in the Project Information Sheet (FM-CON-001).

NOTE 2:
1. Mobilize equipment, materials and personnel needed to the project site.
2. Construct the following as required/needed:
a. Field Office
b. Bunkhouse
c. Shop and Warehouse
3. Refer to Requisition and Purchasing Procedure (PM-PCH-02) for the procurement of needed materials.
