Job Title : Full - Time Associate Creative Producer

Immediate Supervisor : Director of Operations and Business Development, Mayad Digital

Compensation : To be disclosed during the interview

Tasks and Responsibilities : Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative
projects and oversee them to completion;

Collaborate with account executives, project managers to obtain knowledge of

the clients’ requirements;

Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet the clients’ needs as
well as our own;

Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the

team;

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution
of projects;

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget;

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensuring technical feasibility;

Ensure resource availability and allocation;

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope

schedule and costs;

Measure Project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;

Report and escalate to management issues or problems as needed;

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;

Perform risk management to minimize project risks;

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;

 Submits to authority and follow instructions given by supervisors, especially on
producing quality outputs;

Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the
Employee by the Employer.

Terms and Conditions : Shall be exclusively work for Mayad Creatives Inc., and shall not accept any
related job or works of the company or its affiliates;

Shall undergo rigorous training and development to be at par with the quality
expected to compete with the industry;

As full compensation for all services provided the employee shall be paid. Such
payments shall be subject to such normal statutory deductions by the Employer;

13th month pay is provided (implementing rules and regulations as stipulated on

the Mayad Handbook);

Reports daily Monday to Friday (flexi-time) or as advised by the supervisor;

The designation is on a probationary basis (for 6 months) and will be subject to

evaluation for regularization there after

Deliverables per Month : Shall produce three (3) concepts per month; Shall manage 1 (one) to two (2)
project(s) per month;

Compensation shall be every 15th and 30th of the month;

Every in excess of those mentioned above shall be subject to 10% of incentive

per project.
