Title of the study: Car loans and advances through kalyani motors
Introduction: Loans and advances through car dealers (kalyani motors) form banks,
providing car loan facility on the base of customers worthiness. it helps to dealers
easily sale of cars and also get good customers response and satisfaction.
Back ground of study: The study is made on loans and advances through kalyani
motors for different level of customer’s worthiness for also easy sale of cars.
Need for study: To know the car loans procedure in kalyani motors ,there are
different kinds of customers existing in the availing to purchase the four wheelers light
goods vehicles.
Research methodology:
Type of research: Descriptive
Secondary sources: Research paper, journals, financial statement, company website
and balance sheet.
Sample size: 5years (2011-15)

parameters, which influence the purchase patterns of passenger cars in the State of

eventually influence the consumer purchase, of the passenger cars in the State.

Objectives : To study the customer satisfaction with the usage of vehicles of
MARUTI SUZUKI , To study the impact of different factors of marketing on
customer satisfaction. And To study the opinion of the owners of vehicles regarding
pre-sales and after sales services provided by the dealers.
Methodology: Exploratory.
Conclusion:
This study helps to provide the details about car dealers how to provide the facilities to buy
the cars in kalyani motors and providing the EMI details of the particular car based on the
customers worthiness . Its shows the financial status and developments in kalyani motors.
