Prerequisite for this release - products:

Notes:
 For customers who use AVEVA E3D Insight™: You must have AVEVA Mobile Applications Service
1.2.3 or higher. Earlier versions are incompatible.
1. This version of AVEVA Everything3D™ does NOT work with AVEVA Flexman.
2. If upgrading from AVEVA Licensing System 1.1.1, please install Fix release 1.1.1.3 in order to correct
an uninstall defect in that release. Once this has been done version 1.1.1.3 can be uninstalled and
replaced with later versions.
Microsoft Office 2010 (32-bit) is required for some functions:

 Optimum operation of the AVEVA Design Platform GUI requires Arial Unicode MS font, supplied
with Microsoft Office (2000 onwards) and also with Microsoft Office Visio.
 Microsoft Office Excel import requires “.NET Programmability Support” enabled when Office is
installed. This can be found under “Advanced customization of applications” and installs the
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll; without this, Excel import will not work.
Microsoft Office Visio 2010 (Standard edition, 32-bit) is required for AVEVA Schematic Model Viewer.
To get the performance benefits given by the AVEVA Cache Service, which is installed with AVEVA
Everything3D™, you need to enable Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ). This is achieved using the
Windows Components feature of Windows Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

Enhancments to Cable Design:
Description
AVEVA Electrical & AVEVA Instrumentation use a Cable Status flag in cable schedule screens. This indicates if the cable is
estimated in route length, routed in AVEVA E3D, locked down for construction or requires revalidating, due to route changes
being notified from E3D. E3D has an extended scope for cable status on the CABLE element:

A new pseudo attribute CBSTT holds descriptive text instead of number.

The existing pseudo attributes LALCAB and CLIST were extended to take cable status as extra qualifier. This allows the user to
query all cables with a given status (eg. routed) on the cableway branch or on the RNODE. Querying LALCAB and CLIST without a
qualifier attribute gives the same answer as previous releases (all cables).
There is a new Form for creation or modification of Route Nodes for a list of Cableway Branches, accessed by:
Create > Route > Multiple Route Nodes

Title: Symbolic labels ignore visual layers defined in the symbol template.
Symptoms: After setting up a symbol template with primitives that reference visual
layers in the template, inserting labels for this template into a sheet ignores the
template layers, changing the colours and linetypes of the label to the current label
layer.
Known workaround: To retain template colours and linetypes, explicit values must be
used in the template, template layers cannot be used.
151055 Draw Solution: Labels on drawings now respect the visual layers from the label template, as
long as the corresponding label attributes are 'bytemplate' (or 'bystyle' with the style
attributes set to 'bytemplate'). This is normally the default. Note that setting the
label attributes to 'bylayer' overrides the template and forces the use of the colour and
linestyle of the appropriate local sheet layer, as do explicit values (replicating the
behaviour from before this issue was fixed). The label attributes in question are 'frame
colour', 'frame linetype', 'text colour'. Note that the visibility/printability of the current
sheet layer for the label applies to the label regardless.
Title: Modify of the Clipping-Planes not possible - Form disappears / Clipping on-off is
not corresponding.
Symptoms: Clipping form disappears and prevents manipulation of existing Clipping.

Symptoms: When copying Symbol Templates or Sheets/Drawings (this includes creating
a Sheet/Drawing from a Template), Visual Layer references in the hierarchy revert to 0.
This is despite the fact that the Visual Layers are copied.
70466 142973 Draw Known workaround: Visual Layer references have to be reset manually.
Solution: Elements which reference Visual Layers are now copied without losing the
Visual Layer references. The Layers are automatically reset to point at the new owner
to ensure correct colours and linestyles are retained. Please note that when copying an
element into a picture which already has a Visual Layer with the same title, the Visual
Layer of the new picture is referenced. This is as designed.
Title: Collection Key query generates a "System" error.

Symptoms: System error generated and not all collections can be accessed.
Known workaround: None.
Solution: Fixed - Collection Key query does not generate a "System" error.

PRODUCT QUALITY STATEMENT
The development, maintenance and testing of AVEVA Solutions’ software products is carried out in
accordance with the company’s KEYSTONE lifecycle processes and this document includes a summary of
the testing carried out on this release and a list of significant defects known to exist at the time of release.
Development Testing
Developers have carried out unit testing of each enhancement and/or fix in the development environment
to verify that any new functionalities have been correctly implemented and identified defects have been
corrected.
Regression tests have been run in the development environment to verify that enhancements and/or fixes
have not adversely affected the integrity of the product.
System Testing
Limited independent system testing has been carried out on this product, as released, to verify that it
installs correctly in all supported configurations, that any new functionalities have been correctly
implemented and identified defects have been corrected.
Acceptance Testing
AVEVA’s Training and Product Support group is satisfied that the System Testing for this release is
sufficient to assure product quality.
Any exceptions found during Acceptance Testing or after release will be reported in the Product Release
Latest Update Note on AVEVA's support web site http://downloads.aveva.com/52326/w52326.pdf .
