TERMS and CONDITIONS:

• Buyer must provide item for sampling. PriMark does not hold any liability should there be damage on the item or any consequential damage during engraving or cutting.
• Material is not included in above quotation, otherwise specified. Material quality and its properties may vary based on source if supplied by PriMark.
• If the material provided by buyer requires special handling, the buyer must provide handling instructions.
•The buyer must provide all necessary information, as well as documentation and permits prior installation.
• Prices indicated herein is valid only for the quantity as offered. Any changes in quantity, sizes and specifications shall be subjected to separate costing.
• Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days after receipt, subject for approval. Only defective items can be replaced. Warranty is not valid if caused by
mishandling, abuse, improper storage and incorrect cleaning.
• All out of town expenses are on buyer's account.
• 99% Yield or 1 unit allowance for reject whichever is higher.
• All the terms and conditions in this offer are considered reproduced in your purchase order and/or contract.

Please examine carefully all items as we agree to furnish only articles and quantities described, irrespective of how this proposal may have been read.
Clerical error are subject to corrections. Work Orders cannot be altered or cancelled once confirmed, except at the expense of the buyer. Terms as to the
time of delivery is approximate only due to material availability and based on our best judgement.

Project Schedule for Time Sensitive Projects must be provided by buyer prior quotation.
