One of the ethical problem mentioned above is when a particular plant location reduce the quality
control to the level that could not ensure that all unsafe products would be rejected. They doing this to
save and increase profit despite the fact that they might harm their consumers or customers.

Another ethical problem is the use of questionable tactics just to obtain orders. They trying to bribe
customers/ potential customers to just increase their profit.

Managers are forced to do unethical activities because of the pressure to achieve the profit and to avoid
demotion.

2. No. Because any business activity done unethically might just end up adding another problem to the
company. A business should always base their activities in the ethical guidelines of their company which
will guide them to what is wrong and what is right.

3. I will establish a policy regarding of this kind of ethical issues. I will strictly enforced a punishment to
anyone who will violate it so that I can make sure that every activities done in the company is
legal/ethical and also to make sure that every employee Is working in accordance of ethical guidelines of
