Determining Accuracy Percentage
When entering data, you will enter where the student IS to be
instructed at that point in the year. Record the number of cycles
by placing a number after each code. For example, LS 1 Number of words read - number of errors / number of wo
means the student is beginning his/her first cycle of Letter read = Accuracy%
Sounds. LS2 means the studnets is beginning his/her second
cycle of Letter Sounds.
98%-100% Accuracy + 80% or higher Comprehension=
Basic Alphabet = ABC Independent Level
90%-97% Accuracy + 67 - 79% Comprehension = Instruct
Using Letter Sounds = LS Reading Level
89% below Accuracy + 66% or lower Comprehension =
