Everyone one of us has our own dreams, dreams are what we live for and what we starve to
achieve. Since my childhood I was very much fascinated by the potential of computer in the way it’s faster
and more powerful versions that revolutionized the working of mankind. I believe that graduate studies
would be a motivation for the research work under the field one is admiring for. I also believe that
computers have a lot to do in present world. Much more is yet to come and I am glad to be a part of this.
It’s my sincere intention to pursue Masters in Computer Science at your university. I proudly present this
document, which reflects my motivation and eligibility for pursuing graduate studies and to fulfill my
future goals. I strongly believe that the master’s degree at your university would not only provide the
exposure but also an opportunity to take up the research oriented study through which I could achieve and
fulfill my dreams.

It was in my ninth standard that I had begun analyzing things more clearly. I was always fond of
solving math problems and this triggered me to solve numerous examples thus enabling me to gain the
tactics for solving such challenging questions. This keen interest in Mathematics enabled me to develop
stronger quantitative and analytical skills. This has helped me in securing 10 CGPA in Mathematics to an
overall 9.3 CGPA in Secondary School Certificate.

I cleared my senior secondary school (10+2) with an aggregate of 95.3% in Mathematics, Physics
and Chemistry as my major subjects. I was placed in the top 20% who took engineering entrance
examination in the year 2014. During this period, the practical exposure I received on concepts like
Statistics, Algorithms and the use of probability in development prompted me to take up Computer Science
in Engineering.

My sincere efforts and hard work lodged me at higher bench. I pursued my under graduation at
Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT), Nambur affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru
Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU-K).

The undergraduate program in Computer Science And Engineering (C.S.E) not only helped me to
build a strong foundation of Computer Science fundamentals but also made me conceptually sound in the
vast field of Computers. During the course of my study, I was well versed in Programming Languages like
C, C++, and Java and Database Management Systems like SQL. I also have bountiful knowledge on areas
like Hadoop, Operating systems, Unified Modeling Language and Design patterns. We have additional key
subjects like Compiler Design, Free Open Source Software, Web Technologies, Data Warehousing and
Mining and Software Engineering. I have even secured more than 80% in all the lab practical’s other than
theoretical examinations.
 As a student member of Indian School Of Business, I had the direct access to numerous webinars
on Business Management and Marketing and also had an ample of opportunities to meet eminent
professors and researchers in their respective fields.

Due to my never-ending thirst on software concepts and programming, I choose the area of
Information Security as a major project domain in my final year of under graduation. I worked on a real
time project entitled “Secure Password Sharing Using Secret Sharing Technique”. It is an application
to share Password securely using Secret Sharing technique. A Secret sharing technique starts with a secret
and then derives from it certain shares, which are distributed to the users. The users can gain access to the
resources only when they enter all their shares correctly. This method often overcomes the possibility of
passwords getting hacked easily.

To keep pace with fast growing technology, I attended several workshops and seminars
conducted by eminent personalities, by which I gained knowledge in areas that were new to me. I
participated in several national and international symposiums and presented papers on different topics.
Apart from my co-curricular activities, I always took care of my personality by improving my
communication skills, sociability and group activities, which helps to hone one’s professional status.

My interest for the work I take up and the way I plan to achieve is the best strength of mine. Yet
lack of in depth knowledge of the subject leaves the conceptual skills incomplete. It is this concept that I
would like to pursue a course at your university. My earnest desire to continue my future studies at your
graduate school stems from that it is one of the top universities in USA having fine record of academic
excellence and is backed up by Expert faculty and research facilities.

After reading through the graduate program literature and the department website, I feel that the
Graduate program at your university ideally suits well to my goals and aspirations. I feel that my
association with this university would certainly help me throughout my career. I request the University to
consider my candidature for admission into the Graduate Program granting which I would put in my
earnest efforts to meet the standards set by the University. I am confident that if given an opportunity I will
make a significant contribution to the field of Computer Science.
