CALL TO ORDER

Mrs. Macalalad began the meeting with a prayer.

BUSINESS ARISING

The schedule of the basketball and volleyball game was clarified.

SHARING

Mr. Siyangbigay and Mrs. Macalald shared about the following 7 Natural Ways to
Reduce Stress: listen to music, talk it through, drink water, exercise, healthy eating,getting a
good night sleep and laughing more. Mr. Siyangbigay also gave away the reflexology hand
chart which guides one the pressure points that should be touched/massaged to ease the pain.

OTHERS

1. No First Friday Mass instead there will be a Christmas Mass.

2. Dec. 6 – Talk on Violence against Women
3. Dec. 4 – Advent Ceremony
4. Dec. 7 - Celebration of the Immaculate Concepcion
5. Mr. Pabito is the new computer teacher. He will start reporting to undergo the module.
6. Ms. Alay, the new MAPEH teacher, will start on December 1.
7. The need to process the substitute for Mrs. Aclan who will have her maternity leave was
also raised.
8. Mr. Cultura will also be out because of the provincial Sports Meet on December 4-15.
9. All the MAPEH teachers passed the Licensure Examination for tEachers.
