1 |Special Meeting
The principal led the opening prayer and facilitated the meeting. The following were
discussed in the meeting:

1. Meeting with Sr. Añanita Borbon


Mrs. Bagon mentioned that Sr. Mary Añanita Borbon, Education Superintendent
of Bridget Schools requested for a meeting with the employees regarding the
upcoming PAASCU. There will be separate meeting for the Administrative Team,
elementary faculty and high school Faculty. The teachers and staff will have the
meeting in their respective faculty house while the administrative team will be at
the conference room at 1:00 -2:00 PM. The JHS is set from 9:30 -10:30 AM while
the elementary will follow at 10:30 AM. Sound systems will be prepared by Sir
Siyangbigay and Mrs. Comendador.
2. Review Time table for the Month
The principal also set January 8-12 as time for lesson preparation. She reminded
everyonet o focus on the recommendations in the instruction area and use the
AraLinks-LMS. She reminded the elementary coordinators to get the evaluation
of teachers on the Teachnology presentation. All LP must also be finalized on
Jan. 15.
3. Presentation of Plan for Exhibit
Preparation for the exhibit will start on January 2. Brainstorming on the contents
of the exhibit room was also conducted. The members of the exhibit core group
were also enumerated. They were the following: Mrs. Buhat, Mrs. Macalalad,
Ms. Marasigan, Mrs. Cabatay, Mr. Atienza, Mrs. Medrano, Mr. Siyangbigay, Mr.
Perez, Ms. LIwag, Mr. Ilagan, Ms. Mores and Ms. De Castro. It was agreed upon
that the exhibit room will have the PAASCU headquarters, Learners’ Output,
exhibit for PAASCU recommendations, Faculty Involvement, outreach and
winnings of children.
The following must also be accomplished:
1. Cleaning of the classrooms including the white boards
2. Updating the bulletin board
3. Posting of emergency guidelines
4. International Conference on Technology
Mrs. Abacan and Mrs. Abante will attend the international conference in
Hongkong on January 19-20.
