ollision and Science of Black Holes

C
Black holes are celestial bodies in our solar system that are found
everywhere. At center of each galaxy there is a supermassive black
hole. Black holes are interesting to study because we know little about
where they are or what they do to anything sucked into them.

The primary cause for the creation of black holes is a process
called a supernova. Certain suns of certain sizes will eventually die,
when they do they will explode into pure solar gas. This, However,
depending on the size of the sun, can produce a black hole. Another way
black holes can be created is if certain types of suns collide, producing
a black hole in the process.

Black holes are often debated and researched by astronomers
and scientists. Black holes are strange celestial bodies, we can make
out their composition, but we cannot find out if they destroy anything
sucked into them, or do something else with something that goes into
them. Astronomers believe that black holes that are created from
supernovas are a result of the supernova (or sun) collapsing in on
itself.

Evidence from Thoughy2.com reveals that many Scientists and
Astronomers believe that one day in the NGC 6240 Galaxy, that has 2
supermassive black holes at its center, will collide. The resulting black
hole (a binary black hole) would be created from them colliding. The
violent process, called ring down, would happen when the two black
holes come together in a distorted mess until eventually all asymmetry
is lost, turning them into a perfectly circular black hole. This process
according to astronomers would send ripples through space (called
gravitational waves).
This evidence proves Einstein’s theory of relativity, and would
help us better understand our galaxy and how gravity works.
Supermassive black holes lie at the center of each galaxy, including
our own. These black holes , as mentioned before, can collide if the
galaxies come together. While no conclusive evidence is available to
determine how supermassive black holes are formed, scientists
believe they are formed when early gasses from the slow creating
galaxy collapse on themselves.

Supermassive black holes have the mass of over a billion times
the mass of our sun, and have just as much more times the amount of
gravitational pull. Other types of black holes consist of Stellar black
holes, the mentioned previously Binary black hole, and a few others. A
stellar black hole is created by less impressive suns collapsing on
their supernovas. Stellar black holes only have a little under 100 times
the mass of our sun, and can be found pretty much anywhere in the
universe.

Stellar black holes are also possible results of suns that cannot
produce any more energy and collapse because of that. These suns run
out of iron and cannot produce energy without it. Most suns that create
these types of black holes are called neutron stars. The pressure of
neutrons in the star is unable to stop the collapse and a stellar black
hole is formed.

That is the science and collision of black holes. This information
helps us back up many theories, and help us better understand our
universe and how gravity behaves, and how we can learn from our own
universe.
