 You need to :
1. Select instrument of monitoring of process variables that available in industry as
example level, temperature, pressure and flow rate -( 5 marks)
2. A complete process description in pdf format with process flow diagram. –(10 marks)
3. Using any Piping Instrumentation Diagram freeware such PI & D Designer or else draw
comprehensive with these elements:
1. Final control element: such as solenoid valve, heater or relevant mechanism
2. Controller – arduinno circuit as microcontroller 45 marks
3. Sensor work as Measure variables example thermocouple
4. Data logger or recovery such ba

4. Use recycle material such can, used pvc pipes and cheaps material.
5. Estimate the cost not more than RM 250.00 with controller and final control
element. 30 marks
6. Compress air source can be used at lab instrument wire diameter of
reinforced tubing (ɸ) diameter of 25mm

7. On time submission with:

 receipt of purchase as evidence cost control- fail to hand will cause 10 marks
deduction
 Follow date line. If fail then any given mark will be reduce to 40%
