We have submitted this report entitled “Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd.: Analysis of the
Financial Performance 2002-2006” as a partial requirement for the course, Financial
Management. This report is based on the analysis and interpretation of Annual
Reports of the above-mentioned company for the years 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-
2005, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007.

The purpose of the report was to develop insights into the corporate accounting
system as well as to check the validity and reliability of the published statements. In
the process a great deal was learnt about the pharmaceutical industry. We sincerely
