SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JUSELINE M. BURROWS, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Davao City, Philippines, by these
presents do hereby NAME, APPOINT, and CONSTITUTE, NESTOR MAMUGAY GILVES JR., and/or ROMEO M.
SOLARTE, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Davao City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, to do and
perform, for and in my behalf, and for my benefit, any and all of the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To represent me in any transaction in relation to the transfer of a parcel of a parcel of land embraced under
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-235357, located at Batolusa, Bankas Height, Toril, Davao City, with an
area of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE (131) SQUARE METERS, more or less; including, but not limited to,
the transfer of said property unto me by virtue of a Deed of Sale executed by its registered owners.

2. To sign, execute, process, transact, and receive any and all documents, papers, or instruments related and
necessary to carry out the abovementioned authority, including the payment of any and all taxes, as well as
all the necessary expenses or fees with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, City Treasurer’s Office and City
Assessor’s of Davao City, Registry of Deeds, and in all other government agencies necessary to effect the
transfer of the land, and all other acts that may be essential, necessary, or incidental, in order to carry into
effect the foregoing act.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my aforesaid attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform all of the above and all such others which we may lawfully do or perform at or about the premises if actually
present and hereby CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING all that my aforesaid attorney-in-fact may lawfully do within the
scope of the authority granted here, unless sooner revoked and or cancelled for cause.
