INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for using water fuel generator / HHO


Generator / electrolyser "Joko Energy".
Please read this installation guide carefully in advance
in order to produce the best of this electrolyser unit.
Everything needed for installation or installation of
equipment will be described in detail step by step,
along with images to be easily understood.
This electrolyser Dry Cell newest technology that
has been enhanced so that it can produce HHO gas
but with a larger electric current is relatively low and
can be adjusted according to needs ranging from 6
amperes to 15 amperes with a voltage of 12 Volts to
24 Volts DC.
This electrolyser design has been registered at
the Directorate General of Intellectual Property,
Ministry of Justice on: January 18, 2010 Number:

A. INTRODUCTION

Water is the source of life, no matter how much water we drink or use for
other purposes we will never run out. Why?
Because the circulation of water is only changed form, from liquid to solid or
gas that is eventually returned to the water again.
Another case of petroleum which is considered as an energy source, the
longer it will get out because the content is stored in the earth is limited. And
the exploitation and use of petroleum is also the fact that the negative
impact for life. Every day even every second exhaust fumes released tons of
toxic gases, such as: Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Monoxide, etc.. which can
cause various diseases such as respiratory tract infections, hypertension
and others until the air heats up the day that could cause CLIMATE
CHANGE.
What is predicted by the scientists on Global Warming is already starting
to happen.
Based on satellite data from NASA in December 2007 predicted that nearly
all the lumps will melt icebergs from the Arctic in late summer of 2012, if this
is not addressed soon jointly (global), most likely with the loss of all iceberg
which has been able to reflect sunlight back into space then no longer hold
the heat shield, so that the air temperature at Earth's surface will increase.
The occurrence of a significant increase in temperature causes the
warming of sea water which can produce a variety of toxic gases, can
certainly be imagined if the air we breathe every time it is not healthy
anymore, plus the increasing wave of tide gauges are happening
everywhere, especially in areas beach surface is lower due to increased
volumes of sea water.
Why does not anyone care?

Concern that should arise from our own self for others to follow. One is using
water as fuel supplement (hybrid) for machinery or vehicles that we use
everyday.
Energy utilization has been more than 200 years old. Around the year
1805 Isaac de Rivaz managed to make a car with water fuel, although not
yet perfect but it is considered the first person generates hydrogen gas by
electrolysis of water because when the fuel (fossil) has not been found.
One of the more perfect is the inventor Stanley Meyer of Ohio, the United

B. HHO GENERATOR "JOKO ENERGY"

HHO generators or fuel plant electrolyser is water that is one alternative


fuel saver oil which describes the function of water (H2O) into two hydrogen
atoms and 1 oxygen atom that became known as Brown's Gas or HHO Gas.
By means of water electrolysis HHO gas that is produced can be utilized
for various purposes such as: savings on gasoline and diesel engines
(diesel) vehicles both land and sea (marine engines), the electric generator
(genset) and can be used as a Las piece of metal dll.

Description:

Model : JE 850 CT (dual voltage = 12V dan 24V)

1. Connection cable socket on the reactor model: JE 850 CT (12 Volt)

 The positive pole (+) = stainless steel plate 8th (middle position).
 Negative pole (-) = stainless steel plate to the 2nd and 14th
combined.

 Plate-1 and plate to the 15 = Neutral

 Neutral Plate used when needle Ampere Meter read more than
16 A (Ampere high or low depending on the levels of catalyst
(KOH) or voltage (V) on the vehicle. The voltage vehicles in
general at :12 - 14, 2 Volt DC

 There are 2 ways to lose if more than 16A Ampere:

1. Move the socket plate number 2 to number 1, and if it's still too high, you
can still move the jack plate number 14 to number 15.
2. Or get rid of all the water present in the reservoir and fill again with pure
water without catalysts (destilled water).

 At the time the vehicle is run for hours the temperature will rise

between 50 and 70 degrees Celsius and Ampere will rise about 2 A.

 The maximum electric current type / model: JE850CT (12V) should
not be more than 18 Amperes.

2. Connection cable socket on the reactor model: JE 850 CT (24 Volt)

 The positive pole (+) = stainless steel plate to the 14th


 Negative pole (-) = stainless steel plate of the 2nd

 Plate-1 and plate to the 15 = Neutral


 Neutral Plate used when needle Ampere Meter read more than 10 A
(Ampere high or low depending on the levels of catalyst (K OH) or
voltage (V) on the vehicle. The voltage on these vehicles generally
24V-28V DC

between 50 and 65 degrees Celsius and Ampere will rise about 2 A.
 The maximum electric current type / model: JE850CT (24V) should
not be more than 12 Amperes.

C. PRODUCT DESIGN

Water fuel generators using water electrolysis system that is


called: electrolyser, because it produces HHO gas, then the
international community called HHO Generator.
In general, the electrolyser technology is always in the form
of separate drycell between REACTOR and RESERVOIR.
DRYCELL called because his cell the outside dry and water
electrolyte there in only on the side lines of the plate which
forms a reactor.
To combine both is very difficult, as if formed together are not
drycell again but be wetcell, so even though the cell
composition is the same but the entire cell consists of stainless
steel plates submerged electrolyte.
At first HHO Generator despite “Joko Energy” also uses
technology drycell but still in separate form as well as another,
separate form that many weaknesses, especially in the hoses
connecting the reactor to the reservoir if it is easy to heat
leakages in the connections. HHO device placement is also
usually have in the machine that is not necessarily there are
spaces / ample space, and is even more important because it
influences the engine heat generated into HHO gas is not pure
because it is mixed with water vapor from a chemical solution
which can cause corrosion on the engine.

D. ACCESSORIES PRODUCTS

• PWM (PulseWidthModulation):

• Accumulator:

Function as:
1). Container water (safety-1) if the water filling the
reservoir too full then the water will be carried out
with HHO gas into the accumulator tube.
2). Supplying water to the reservoir when the engine
is automatically switched off because of the void of
air (vacuum) in the reservoir.

• Bubbler-1:

Made of thick plastic material and heat resistance


that serves to hold water, if the water in the tube is
full, the accumulator will be back again when the
engine is turned off (safety-2), is not necessary

• Bubbler-2:

Pure water is filled up half of the works to prevent


the fire behind (back fire) and filter HHO gas is
mixed with water vapor from a chemical solution
(safety-3).

• Gas hose (Hose R.O.):

This line is used to deliver HHO gas that has


been tested for 2.5 years.
Previous use of hose Poly Uretane which
only lasted a few months already leaked.

• Fitting T & Check Valve:

1) Installed after the accumulator tube that serves


to take air from the outside to prevent water in the
accumulator can be returned to the reservoir
when the engine is off.
2) Installed after Bubbler-1 which serves to take
the air out so that if there is water coming out of
the accumulator that will be returned when the
engine is off.
3) In order to stabilize the suction / suction suction of
compression machine at high speed if the HHO gas is injected
into the Intake Manifold.

• Faucet (Valve):

Installed after last Bubbler HHO gas if


injected into Intake Manifold which serves

NYAF cable is used for the installation of


wiring connections to distribute electricity.
Skun mounted on each end of the cable
connections using the binding post nuts or
bolts.

• Hose protector:
Used as a protective wires and hoses were
installed when passing hot engine parts.

• Cable ties:
Used to bind the electrolyser unit, PWM,
Accumulator, Bubbler, hoses and cables.

PREPARATION

1. Distilled Water :

Distilled water / aquades /demineralized water is pure water


that is usually used for water addition (not accu zuur or
H2SO4). Based on the testing we did with some battery acid on
sale in Jakarta and surrounding areas, for the moment only
Lion brand,GS(Gold Star) and Pacific brand, battery water
really pure (TDS=0 ppm), while other brands still contain many
other substances that cause rapid battery is damaged, and the
electrolyser influential the results of his HHO gas which rapidly
declined due to rapidly changing dirty water and silt occur, even
from the test results with HHO users in South Jakarta and North
Jakarta who experience such problems in August 2012, proven
battery water seal LION also been trumped and sold in Super

manufacturer supplying to the super market. If no water is more
pure, better use of water air oxygen (Example: Brand CLEO 1
gallon = 19 liters is only $ 1.15 enough to supply over 1 year
to add water to HHO devices, batteries and radiators) or can be
using R.O. water (Reverse Osmosis).
Oxygenated water and water R.O. average when tested on
TDS Meters will be read around = 0 -1 ppm so that if used will
be a little dirty in the water, but it's the best option of the use of
distilled water is not necessarily pure chemistry even buy it in
the store.
Never use mineral water (example: Brand "AQUA") because it
only takes a few hours there will be dirt and within a few days
will take place silt which inhibit the release of HHO gas from the
surface of stainless steel plates in the reactor. If that is the case
then do not worry, just throw all the water in the tube Reservoir
until exhausted, and then do the draining by opening HOLE
SERVICE (Sewage pit) located on the lid Reactor plugged with
glue (dewatering will be explained further on Chapter.V .

2. Test the purity of water with TDS Meter:

As described above, to determine whether the water is pure


or not, can be proven with gauges called TDS Meter.
If the numbers listed on the TDS Meters = 0 ppm, the water is
pure, and if more than 0 then it is not pure, for example, the
mineral water is usually ppm TDS = 6 - 8 ppm.
In Fig. 1 below shows the test results of the test are taken from
one of the famous brands of mineral water at the position = 7
ppm (007):

3. Test the purity of water with incandescent bulbs (bohlamp):

Simple testing can also be done by using incandescent or


bohlamp 5 Watt and connected with 2 plug / socket.
Plug one end of which was dipped into water in a glass, while
the other end into an electrical outlet as in Fig.2 below: 16

In Fig.2 visible light is not on because the water is pure distilled


in glass, whereas in Fig. 3 in fact quite the contrary, it could be
ignited by the water in the glass is not pure. And the intensity of
the light to follow the many substances that exist in the water.

Chapter. IV
INSTALLATION IN VEHICLE

A. Preparation of installation:

 Look for enough space to put the electrolyser unit (HHO


Generator).
 Placement electrolyser unit may be placed near the
engine or away from the machine just do not get too
close to heat sources (eg exhaust).
 If in a car engine does not have enough space, then the
best option is the rear because it has the advantage of
not affected by engine heat.
 In general, the placement of the box cars, pickup trucks
and more suitable vehicle on the side close to the battery
position.
 Special for car EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) fuel which
settings to use the ECU (Engine Control Unit), do not

forget to disconnect the negative battery terminal for at


least 30 minutes before doing anything else.

B. Filling water electrolyser

Please note that the electrolyser unit / HHO Generator you,


the reactor already containing KOH catalyst, so you simply add
pure water only to them.
Follow the steps below:
 Open the reservoir cap on the electrolyser unit (HHO
Generator).
 Fill it with pure water / distilled water / distilled water / RO
water / water air oxygen into the reservoir tube.
 Lift slightly at the reservoir tube and let some time until
all the air out of the reactor.

 Add the water it again until the water level with high
stainless steel plate in the reactor.

C. installation in the rear cabin space (the rear trunk):

Installation of the unit is best HHO Generator in the rear of


the car because it is not affected by the heat of the engine so
that it can produce HHO gas is more pure, not mixed with
hazardous vapor ignition due to the influence of the engine
room temperature is very high.
Despite his HHO gas hose is longer compared to the
installation on the engine but it is not a problem.

For installation, follow these steps:

1. Open the back of the carpet in the trunk and find the hole
light cable channels, if there is no search in addition to
the right or left wall and looking down toward the hole
channel.
2. Put the right side next to elektroliser unit or near the hole
on the left side light cable channels that have been
found.
3. Tie elektroliser unit to floor carpet by making 8 pieces
small hole in the carpet on the position of the foot just

4. Install the accumulator (long tube) attached to the


electrolyser bound on the long bolt in a standing position

into the hole until the stuck nut and tighten by turning to
the right as in Figure 4 below:

5. Installation of the accumulator may also not affixed

7. Prepare the hose and then pipe the length of the cable
from the engine towards the rear of the car through the
pit through the floor that are common to the rubber
covered holes, if not available then make a hole in the
drill itself by using the drill size of 12 mm

of the the accumulator tube.
9. Cut the hose is approximately 10 cm from the elbow
holes and attach the output Accumulator tube fitting T
and its check valve (check valve output position that
stuck to the hose), note the following:
10. Continue by installing the bubbler to 1 and 2 in the
engine room standing in an upright position.
11. Connect the hose from the back to input a bubbler-1.
12. And proceed to install the hose from the output of the
first bubbler to bubbler second input section.

13. Cut the hose at the position between the first and
second bubbler about 10 cm from the output bubbler-1
to install T fitting and check valve.
14. If the HHO gas will be injected into the air filter box:
Attach the hose from the output bubbler-2 into the air

filter box by making a hole size of 12 mm at its filter box


and attach elbow / knee that has been provided by way

15. Based on our experience turned out to be more suitable
if the HHO gas is injected into the air filter box, may be
installed before or after the filter but if there is a MAF
sensor should be installed before the filter.
16. If the HHO gas will be injected into the intake manifold
(vacuum hose / suction): Install faucet (valve) as shown
above and use a small rubber hose to fit the
connections.
17. In the long term, inject HHO gas into the intake manifold
or vacuum hoses, often clogging the faucet / valve it so
necessary to have regular checks.

18. To connect to the intake manifold or vacuum hoses, use

19. Use distilled water as well to fill the the accumulator
tube and bubbler 2nd with a height of approximately half
of the height of the tube.
20. If turned on, the water in the the accumulator becomes
very foamy and rise to the top of the hole, it must be

21. Proceed with the installation of the cable: Paste Relay
BOSCH not far from the battery by way of hung or
bolted to the wall in the engine room.
22. For all the wiring connected to the battery and the body
of the car, use Skun size 6 mm (Bolt 10) and connected
to the terminal HHO reactor, use Skun size of 8 mm
(Bolt 12).
23. Connect Relay to pin86 on the negative battery pole.
24. Pin30 connect the relay to the positive pole on the
battery.

25. Pin87 connect the relay to the positive pole on HHO


reactor (not to replace the relay with the other brands
because of the connection is different so Bosch 5 pin
relay should not the 4 pin).
26. Prepare Testpen 12 Volt DC (auto spare parts are
available in stores for about $ 1.3)

27. Attach the cable clamp testpen on the vehicle body.


28. Turn the ignition key to the ACC or ON position (engine
not turned on).

29. Look Stroom (+) using testpen, prick the tip testpen the
wiper motor cable connector (usually located under the

front windshield), if testpen lit, try to turn off and turn on


the ignition by turning left and right, if true it would be
seen dead testpen live by the ignition key.
30. Pin85 connect the ignition cable to the line (ACC / ON)
or the motor Wiper (+) have been found or it could be
the spark plug coil.
31. Pin86 pin85 position to be exchanged and the position
pin87 pin30 also be exchanged for the same function.
32. Continue with a connecting cable of the PWM (input /
left) straight into the ground / car body.
33. Do not forget, the cable with ground or body of the car
should be really good, otherwise there will be hot on the
cord for that bolt look around the place and do sanding
the surface until clean no rust or paint stick.

34. Connect the cable from the PWM (output / right) directly
to the pole (-) black terminal on HHO reactor.
35. Connect the small cable (red or blue) of the PWM
middle to the poles (+) terminal of red in HHO reactor.
36. If everything is installed then re-examine whether the

37. Start the engine and observe whether the HHO
Generator has begun work marked by the release of
HHO gas from the reactor.
38. Observe also the needle on the ampere meter.
39. Keep in mind that the level of electric current in amperes
meter depending on the voltage and the amount of
catalyst used KOH.
40. For Model: JE500, Ampere meter needle will slowly
move towards the rate of about 8 amperes and if it is
run for hours then it will go up to 10 Amperes.
41. If less than 8 amperes voltage means the vehicle is less
than 12 volts when measured at its HHO reactor
(usually at the old cars capacity alternator / dynamo only
about 60A-70A). And if more than 10 amperes at
voltage means more than 12 Volt vehicle is about 13.8

or because there is a kind of additional stabilizer tool
capacitor bank.
42. If more than 10A then to lower it by the way: Throw
away all the water contained in the reservoir and refill
with pure water or distilled water without catalysts KOH.
It had to be done because Model: JE500 should not run
more than 10A because it can happen leaky reactor or
reservoir.
43. For Model: JE600CT, the needle will point to the 10
Amperes and if it is run for hours then it will go up to 12
Amperes.
44. If the new run time is more than 12A then discard all the
water in the reactor and fill again with pure water or
distilled water without catalysts KOH.
45. For Model: JE600CT this, the maximum limit allowed
when it is run for hours maximum of 15A.
46. For type or model: JE850CT12, originally Ampere meter
needle will point to the number 10A-12A (depending on
the position of the socket connection to the plate
reactor) and will increase to 12A-15A when it is run for
hours.
47. If the new run time is more than 15A then discard all the
water in the reactor and fill again with pure water or
distilled water without catalysts KOH.
48. In the type / model, the maximum limit allowed when it is
run for hours maximum 18A.
49. For Model: JE850CT24 that use 24V voltage, Ampere
meter needle will slowly move towards the rate of about
8 amperes and if it is run for hours then it will go up to
10 Amperes.
50. If more than 10A then to lower it by the way: Throw
away all the water contained in the reservoir and refill
with pure water or distilled water without catalysts KOH.
It had to be done because the model: JE850CT24
should not run more than 10A because it can happen
leaky reactor or reservoir.

D. Installation in the engine room

HHO Generator Installation in the engine room not


recommended because in addition to the reactor will
produce HHO gas but will also produce water vapor
resulting from the influence of the high heat from the engine.
Perform the following steps if you are still going to put in the
engine:

1. Tie the electrolyser unit in a position to be able to put his


instrument with a cable ties on a hole that has been
provided so that a stable position, if necessary, use a

2. Install the accumulator by means tied around the

1. For installation PWM should be in the room in the car


under the dashboard on the position by the bolts or
tied.

2. By using a cable color black / yellow, look for screws


on the body of the car to connect to the input (-) on
the PWM.
3. In PWM output terminal (-) connected to the reactor
HHO (-) cable through the hole into the engine room.
4. The center of the PWM cable terminal (+) is
connected to the ignition ACC or ON, but the best in
the ON position so that if when you turn on the audio
equipment (radio / tape / CD / DVD Player etc..) HHO
devices do not come alive.
5. Use Testpen DC 12V to search Stroom ON the
ignition fuse box.
6. If the fuse has been obtained then unplug and plug
the cable back together.

E. Turning on the machine

Before starting the engine, turn the ignition key to the ON or


ACC position. If the installation is correct then the PWM
Ampere Meter moves up slowly and water electrolyser
(Reactor) looks react.
Continue to start the engine, if the battery is not strong, check
the battery terminal connections are loose or there may be less
tight on the nuts and bolts head battery, if not stronger, too, pull
out of his house to Relay Bosch started the unencumbered

F. WARNING HARD

Chapter. V
TREATMENT:

Treatment is usually done in about 2 to 3 months, or if the


water is too dirty or electrolyser sludge arising due to the use of
water is not pure, we need to hold water depletion and
electrolyte replacement new HHO gas so that its results remain
large and quality (ortho hydrogen), for it to do the following
steps:

1. Disconnect all cable connections and hoses attached to


the electrolyser.
2. Dispose of water by opening the upper lid and below the
lid elbow servicing holes (small cap plugged with glue

2. Make an electrolyte solution:

5. For Model: JE850CT use 200 grams of KOH / 1 liter of
water.
6. Because it smells pungent nose then you should wear a
protective mask and stir until evenly using a plastic
stirrer until you see the water was not frothy.
7. Let it sit for a while until the electrolyte solution is really
cool, then pour it slowly into the electrolyser through hole
(hole filling) located on the top of the reservoir using a
plastic funnel to avoid spilling or scattered.
8. While filling an electrolyte solution, lift a little higher so
that the entire liquid part of the reservoir into the holes
on the sidelines reactor characterized by the release of
air bubbles from the reactor.
9. Add pure water / distilled water only if it is less.
10. Water level based on the height stainless steel plates on
the reactor, if the water level is equal to the height of the
plate is sufficient electrolyte filling solution.
11. What if the water exceeds replenishment rules above or
are already full?
It does not matter because there accumulator tube as a
safety first (safety-1) that will hold water if the current run

the reservoir when the engine is turned off.

ACCESSORIES
CAR FUEL INJECTION

1. EFI Enhancer :

HHO gas as a fuel of water, which is used as a hybrid on


land or sea vehicle is an alternative fuel saver is
environmentally friendly.
In its use is not only destined to old cars still use carburetors
but now it can be used on cars new type of fuel adjustment is
set electronically using the system EFI (Electronic Fuel
Injection).
EFI systems use various sensors to detect the condition of
the engine and car driving conditions. Furthermore, ECU
(Engine Control Unit) engine will calculate the optimum fuel
spray volume, which then ordered the injector to spray fuel.

Sensors include: MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure), MAF
(Mass Air Flow), Oxygen Sensor etc.. which helps determine in
real time the ratio of air and fuel.
HHO gas injected through the intake manifold or through the air
filter box, dump gas produces most oxygen detected by the
oxygen sensor, so the ECU considers the engine fuel shortages
immediately ordered the injectors to squirt more fuel.
Excess fuel is what causes the engine power it will feel less
powerful because it is not offset by the amount of spark plugs, it
is evident from the results of a sting dump gas in the eyes and
the smell of gasoline and more wasteful fuel consumption.
To overcome this problem, then all vehicles are required to
be installed using EFI technology called EFI Enhancer tool that
comes with the MAP and O2 Enhancer, and for a car that uses
a MAF sensor as the Toyota Innova will be physically
manipulated by placing accelerator made of 3mm Acrylic sheet
material perforated by 80 holes with a big hole 6mm,
unfortunately not all vehicles using EFI ECU can match
Enhancer we made, so only the car that has a MAP sensor and
oxygen sensor that can fit any EFI installed Enhancer , as in:
Toyota Rush, Toyota Avanza, Toyota Innova, Daihatsu Terios,
Daihatsu Xenia 1.3L & 1.5L, Daihatsu Luxio,Daihatsu GranMax
and Suzuki APV, but it is not known whether they fit or not, but
if it does not fit well can still use HHO with small Ampere serves
to increase its fuel octane levels.
Please note that the data readout system connected to the
ECU sensors such as MAP, MAF, O2 etc.. on each vehicle is
different, but in principle there are only 2 kinds of data are used
for communication between the ECU to the sensors, namely:
1. The data are based on changes in the voltage signal.
2. The data are based on changes in the frequency signal.
In the Japanese cars typically use data based on changes in
the voltage signal and the European cars typically use the
frequency change to report data on the ECU.
EFI Enhancer tool that we make are based on the change in
voltage, so it is usually only suitable mounted on Japanese-

made cars only.

A. OXYGEN SENSOR (O2 Sensor)


O2 Sensor consists of 4 wires
are:
2 wires for heating = +12 v and
ground.
2 wires again each = signal (+)
and ground signals.
On signal (+) will continue to
fluctuate between 0 volts to 0.9
volts after the engine is getting
hot (approximately 1.5 minutes after the start in the morning).
Fluctuations will continue to reach a value of 0.45 volts, which
means the ratio of air and fuel as it reaches 0:45 volts is 14.7: 1
(ideal chemical reaction of fuel burning).

B. OXYGEN ENHANCER :

O2 Enhancer works to make the ratio to 18: 1


with protection:
 a very large input impedance 2 MOhm so it will not
damage the sensor (sensor can be damaged if the
current work going short to ground).
 maximum output voltage of 0.88 volts so it will not
damage the ECU.

C. MAP Sensor :

Work to determine the size of


the ratio of air and fuel when the
engine is cold, or cold air, and
during acceleration (change in
velocity). Working with an output
of 1.5 to 3.6 volts with a little

MAP Sensor Cables have 3 pieces, each one is +5 volts,
ground, and signal out (1.5 up to 3.6 volts)

D. MAP Enhancer :

MAP Enhancer works to reduce fuel consumption at the time

 Input Impedance 50 kOhm so not to damage the MAP
sensor.
 Output voltage max 4.7 volts so it does not damage the
ECU.
MAP Enhancer is equipped with IC and a relay that can
regulate DC voltage via a potentiometer subtly so the benefits
would be more superior and safer than those who still use a
simple circuit consisting only of potensio and resistors only.

2. INSTALLATION EFI ENHANCER

MAP sensor and there are 3 wires on the O2 sensor have 4


wires, to measure the voltage at each cable, use a pin, by
piercing the rubber connector cord.
Use a digital multi-tester to be more precise measurement,
done by attaching a multi-tester cable to the car's body color
black and red wire to the pin.

At the MAP sensor, look for 1.5V voltage cables up to 3.6V
(not=5V) on the position of the ignition key ON / ACC or
perhaps when the engine is turned on (carefully pin or red wire
on the multi tester not to touch the body car). The following are

DEFAULT ON VEHICLE ENGINE

1. Carburettor

Setting the carburetor and spark ignition on the vehicle is very


important to produce high performance and efficiency, because
basically with the addition of hydrogen gas fuel involved in the
combustion chamber engine, the vehicle will be excess power,
for it is necessary to hold the carburetor to the diminution in
spuyer reduce fuel consumption.
In normal conditions it downsizing spuyer carburetor can
cause damage to the engine in the long run due to engine
shortage marked with tap engine noise (knocking) when
stepped on the gas pedal deeper, but with the water fuel (HHO
gas) this thing will not happen .

6. Disconnect vacuum hose connected to the manifold delco.
7. Loosen the bolt fastener delco.
8. Point the timing on the mark found on the machine (Pully or
flywheel).
9. Turn the Adjuster on rear timing light towards Zero. (Without
adjuster immediately wrote).
10. Fit the top mark with time ignition engines, (eg: 5 º), the top mark
flywhell / pully going straight to 5 º before TMA.
11. For the second way, which is positioned Adjuster to 5 º, then a look
at the sign flywhell / pully'll be straight with Top engineering / 0 º.
12. Adjust Based Specifications Engine Ignition time minus 1 º to 3 º

2. EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection)

In the vehicle engine fuel settings electronically regulated by


a micro-processor that can process input from various sensors
in real-time machine called the Engine Control Unit (ECU) or
often called the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
EFI system uses various sensors to detect the condition of the
engine and the condition of the motorist. Sensors include: MAP
(Manifold Absolute Pressure), MAF (Mass Air Flow) and
Oxygen Sensor (O2 sensor), then the engine ECU calculates
the volume spraying fuel optimally, which then ordered the
injector to spray fuel.
HHO supplement use requires adjustments to the ignition
spark timing system in order to get the maximum savings,
because as we all know that the octane levels in different types
of gasoline is different, such as: Premium 88, Pertamax 92 and
Pertamax Plus 95, while the hydrogen has more than 130
octane.

In a car that provides facilities RESET ECU this is very helpful


at all, simply by removing the EFI fuse while the fuse box for 10
seconds, then the spark ignition timing will adjust to keep up the
high and low octane fuel is used.
Can also be done by removing the negative terminal on the
battery for 30 minutes. Reset ECU is mandatory, otherwise the
presence of HHO as a supplement to the internal combustion
engine instead it will make extravagant gasoline consumption
increases.

If the Reset ECU has been done but the car is still more
extravagant than before using HHO, it means that your car
does not have the facilities RESET ECU, what to do?

How to lower the electric current (amperes)?


Dispose of all water is in the reservoir and refill with pure water
(destilled water).

3. DIESEL

This is the kind of machine that fits directly with HHO hybrid
because it does not require spark ignition timing, so that the

Tests on Ships

How lucky we got a chance to test electrolyser (HHO


Generator) on board, because there are good-hearted owner of
the vessel. He is the father of Ustad Mutedi who resides on the
island of Java, which is a good thing one of the clusters of the
many islands in the Thousand Islands. The ship is “ KM. Bunga
Mawar Express” that uses machine FUSO type: 6D14
passenger capacity has reached 150 people with the ships

Tests carried out on: 5 November 2009 that started at: 11


noon until late afternoon from Tanjung Pasir to Untung Jawa
island and back to Tanjung Pasir. The trial results are based on
a transparent plastic hose attached to the control level in the

By using cable ties (insulock) as a sign of a hose attached to
the control level, it could be concluded that the efficiency
reaches 50% because once installed HHO Generator, diesel
decreased approximately half of the previous hose and funnel
exhaust fumes that had a very thick to be clean without any
smoke.
Unfortunately at that time the water used is mineral water,
instead of using pure water such as distilled water / water
Oxygen / RO water which results in just a few days turned into
a dirty and muddy that inhibit the production of HHO gas so that
in the end device removed again.

PROFILE “Joko Energy”

Joko Priyono, born in Pekalongan,


Central Java, 48 years ago and raised in
the area that is famous for its salted
egg and onion (Brebes, Central Java).
His father was the son of Raden Soekardi
bin Raden Sakiyo Kartodimedjo (Karang
Anyar, Solo, Central Java). His
ancestors were descendants of his
brother Prince Diponegoro, who was
fleeing to the mountains because it is suppressed by the
royal coup by duke of Empire on the Dutch VOC government
aid.
After graduating high school Pusponegoro 1 Brebes in
1983 with honors for the Department of Natural Sciences
and accepted without testing at Semarang State Teacher
Training Institute but was discontinued for reasons no
charge then he tried to tempt fate to Jakarta, but less
fortunate.
Has experienced a variety of menial jobs such as:
Assistant public vehicle driver (Metromini), assistant
painting cars, car mechanic assistant to the salesman.
Lapse of two years there is no end result returned home
to Brebes.
With a capital of high school diploma tried applying for
jobs at private schools are indeed at that time many
faculty shortage in the field of exact sciences.
