1. The Caveators apprehend that the Caveatees/Appellants may file a

Company Appeal or any other proceeding(s) before this Hon’ble

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal praying for various

injunction(s)/stay order and/or other relief(s) and orders, against

the order dated 04.01.2017 or any other order(s) passed by Hon’ble

Company National Company Law Tribunal, in Company Petition No.

141 (ND) of 2012 without notice to the undersigned or to the

Caveators, in respect of the Company Appeal under 421 of the

Companies Act, 2013 /or any other proceeding(s), filed by Caveatees

/Appellants or any combination thereof.

2. It is submitted that in view of the above, at least 48 hours notice be

given to the Caveators in the event that if any Company Appeal or

any other proceeding(s) are filed by the Caveatees/ Appellants

against the Caveators in this Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal and let

nothing be done in the matter without giving an opportunity to the

Caveators of being heard.

3. That a copy of this Caveat has been sent to the Proposed Appellants

by Registered Post A/D and Postal Certificate, proof of which is

enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure-A.

4. It is humbly prayed that the Caveat be registered. For which

act of kindness, the Caveators as in duty bound shall ever
