You just choose one of all.
If You have Script type of
Dependency Rules, Then click

If you want to use Absolute Address, then
put Successor and Predecessor.
n Means : Block 14 West\W01\1 can’t be schedule
if block 12 East\E02\2 not yet scheduled.
Relative Address Means at level 5 (Bench) always

Proximity Constrain
Proximity constraints are used to control the interaction between resources
where they have been assigned the same input path steps, either using a
common input path or by having common steps within their own
paths. Proximity constraints are used to define the impact that resources have
on each other.

n When you first create a scenario, there
will be no Preschedule Table attached to
it. Create a new Preschedule Table or
assign an existing table to the scenario.
To add records to the Preschedule Table,
you must edit it.
