• For calculation of points each SIP amount of `2,000 in Scheme Cat I will get 3 point & Scheme Cat II will get 1.5 Points.

`25,000 per SIP.
• Final points will be calculated on the basis of Net SIPs** (Net of SIP includes SIP Cancellation, Maturity & Termination
during the contest Period)

• ICICI Prudential Long Term Equity Fund (Tax Saving)
• ICICI Prudential Child Care Plan-Gift Plan.
Scheme Category II:
• ICICI Prudential All equity schemes (except CAT I Schemes, ICICI Prudential Equity Income Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Index Fund,
ICICI Prudential Nifty Next 50 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Equity - Arbitrage Fund, & ETF schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund)
• ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund
• ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund
• ICICI Prudential MIP 25 (An open ended Income fund, Monthly income is not assured and is subject to the availability of distributable surplus.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SIPATHON is a "SIP" reward and recognition contest, which is open only to IFA's empanelled with ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, who hold valid ARN and are residing in India. (Hereinafter referred to as "Partner"). Any time a
Partner ceases to hold valid ARNs, he will not be eligible for any benefits under this contest.
2. Partners as specified above and who agree to the terms and conditions as given herein and who are invited to join the contest are eligible for the SIPATHON contest benefits.
3. The benefits under the contest are available only on accomplishment of business criteria and should not be treated as default.
4. The benefits derived by a Partner from being part of this contest will purely act as privilege and should not in any way be construed as default benefits or indication and/or guarantee of benefits in future. ICICI Prudential Asset
Management Company Limited (AMC) reserves the right to modify/withdraw any or all benefits under this contest without prior notice.
5. No Partner will have any rightful claim against ICICI Prudential AMC (or any of its Directors, Employees or Authorized Representatives) for any modification/withdrawal of any benefits offered under this contest.
6. SIPATHON contest is valid for the period* 1st April,2017 to 31st March,2018.
7. List of schemes eligible for the contest:
CAT I Schemes: ICICI Prudential Long Term Equity Fund (Tax Saving), ICICI Prudential Child Care Plan-Gift Plan.
CAT II Schemes: ICICI Prudential All equity schemes (Except CAT I Schemes, ICICI Prudential Equity Income Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Nifty Next 50 Index Fund, ICICI Prudential Equity- Arbitrage
Fund, & ETF schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund), ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund, ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund, ICICI Prudential MIP 25 (An open ended Income fund, Monthly income is not assured and is
subject to the availability of distributable surplus.)
8. SIP's with minimum value of Rs.2,000 & registered for minimum 36 installments (in schemes mentioned in point no 7) will only be considered for contest benefit calculation.
9. Under SIPATHON the contest benefit calculation will be done on NET SIP value.
10. NET SIP Value is defined as below: **NET SIP Value = SIP successfully registered in contest period* in list of eligible schemes - SIP Cancellation, Maturity & Termination during the contest Period* in list of eligible schemes
11. SIP's which are not successfully registered during the contest period will not be considered for contest benefit calculation.
12. SIPATHON Point Calculation will be done as below: (i) For category "I" schemes - each SIP amount of Rs.2,000/- and its proportionate there of will get 3 point. The Multiplier point is capped at Rs.25,000 per SIP. (ii) For category
"II " schemes - each SIP amount of Rs.2,000/- and its proportionate thereof will get 1.5 point. The Multiplier point is capped at Rs.25,000 per SIP. Final points will be calculated on the basis of Net SIPs value (As defined in point
no.9) For Example: a)SIP Registered in ICICI Prudential Select Large Cap Fund of Rs.50,000 for tenure of 48 month, the point calculation will be as per below (Considering NO SIP Cancelled, Matured or Terminated during the
contest Period.) NET SIP Value(Refer Point No.9)= 50,000-0=50,000 NET SIP Value Capped at Rs.25,000 hence calculation will be (25,000/2000)*1.5=18.75 Points b) SIP Registered in ICICI Prudential Long Term Equity
Fund (Tax Saving) of Rs.20,000 for tenure of 48 month, also 1 SIP in ICICI Prudential Long Term Equity Fund (Tax Saving) is cancelled of Rs.4,000. The Points calculation will be as per below. NET SIP Value(Refer Point
No.9)=20,000-4000=16,000/2,000*3=24 Points
13. IFA is eligible for only Convention qualification mentioned under SIPATHON contest. No other benefits apart from mentioned qualification will be given to IFA.
14. Mobilization in "Direct Plan" is not eligible to be included for this contest. In case your investor switches units from the Scheme to Direct plan such cases will be considered as cancelation for the purpose of calculation of
contest points and net SIP value.
15. Partner's personal investments will not be considered for this contest.
16. Any Tax Liability including Income Tax, if any, arising upon receiving privileges of the contest shall be entirely upon the Partner.
17. ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue benefits offered under the contest to any Partners who appear to be using the contest in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or intent of the contest or
any portion of the contest.
18. In case of any dispute / doubt regarding the contest, points, or any issue relating to the contest, decision of ICICI Prudential AMC shall be final and binding on the participating Partners.
19. The benefits, offering, and other such information relating to the contest, shall not be construed as any type of contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between ICICI Prudential AMC and any Partner.
20. Any change in the qualification status will be communicated to the Partners by ICICI Prudential AMC from time to time. The same would be final & binding on all the Partners.
21. IFA becoming eligible for International convention need to have requisite travel documents/permissions 2 months prior to the date of travel. Passport and travel documents has to be provided to ICICI Prudential AMC specified
travel vendor, 2 months prior to the date of travel for further processing.
22. The Partners shall adhere to AMFI Code of Conduct for Distributors and rules and regulations as laid down by SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations,1996, as amended from time to time.
23. The decision of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company will be final in all matters pertaining to SIPATHON and will be binding on all the participants.
24. The contest is subject to change owing to changes in any regulatory guidelines, statutory requirements or change in Company policy or change in economic environment including currency movements and political
developments.
25. It is specifically mentioned that the IFA will neither pass on or rebate Brokerage/Incentive back to investors nor tempt them with rebate/-gifts.
26. ICICI Prudential AMC will take disciplinary action against any IFAs who is found violating the rules, regulations and Code of conduct.
27. The distributor shall disclose all commissions (in the form of trail commission or any other mode) payable to them for the different competing Schemes of various Mutual F unds from amongst which the Scheme is being
recommended to the investor.
28. The structure mentioned hereinabove is solely for AMFI/NISM certified IFAs of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd. and can be changed by the AMC at its sole discretion without any prior intimation or
notification. The AMC shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by any one due to change in the Incentive structure.
29. The aforesaid incentive is for genuine business mobilization and any misuse of this will tantamount to forfeiting of the incentive/rewards & hence you are advised to abide by the code of conduct and/or rules / regulations laid
down by SEBI and AMFI.
30. The transactions will be subject to terms and conditions as mentioned in the Scheme Information Document(SID) & Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and shall be binding on all participants.
31. The benefits earned under this contest are neither transferable nor encashable in any manner whatsoever.
32. Contest is subject to availability of Distributor TER as per AMFI guidelines.
33. The Rules and Regulations of SEBI and AMFI pertaining to brokerage payment to partners will also be applicable for payment of Rewards.
34. Distributor incentive in any form including SIPATHON, annual tie up, etc should be as per the limit prescribed by AMFI Best practice guidelines circular No 54/2014-15 "Distribution Cost - Commission Payout". In case any
distributor incentive paid is beyond the prescribed limit of AMFI guidelines, ICICI Prudential AMC reserves the right to recover the same.
35. The brokerage structure communicated by ICICI Prudential AMC from time to time is on an all inclusive basis (gross rate), i.e. inclusive of any cess, charges, service tax etc. Further, the brokerage payable would be
subject to all the statutory deductions, including income tax, etc.
36. As per service tax notification no.18/2006 dated March 1, 2016 liability to pay service tax on distribution commission is on service provider i.e. distributors w.e.f. April 1, 2016. Distribution commission payable to distributor is
inclusive of service tax and distributor is required to pay service tax in order to comply with service tax notification.
37. By attending the ICICI Prudential SIPATHON Convention's, Partner hereby understand and agree to the following terms & conditions:
i) In case of any activity undertaken by me or any of my family member (I/We) that does not form part of the itinerary for ICICI Prudential SIPATHON International Convention (Convention), I/We shall indemnify and hold
harmless ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (the AMC), ICICI Prudential Trust Limited, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, its directors, officers, trustees and/or employees (Indemnified Persons) in respect of
loss, damage, accident, injury, death occurred during the entire duration of the Convention including during travelling.
ii) I/We acknowledge that I/We have gone through the itinerary and is well aware about the same and I/We/am/are medically fit for the Convention. In case of any health emergency or health related issues, I/We shall solely
be responsible for the same and arrangement of medical aid, if any.
iii) I/We shall be solely responsible for my conduct, act, activity, behavior which is considered illegal or unlawful under the prevailing laws of the country(ies) visited during the trip and shall cooperate with the AMC to the best
of my abilities during the entire duration of the Convention including during travelling.
iv) I/We may undertake some activities that may be of adventurous nature and which may or may not be included in the itinerary. I/We acknowledge that I/We am/are aware of the risk involved in participating in such
activities. In case of any accident, mishap, injury, loss, damage, death I shall be solely responsible for the same. I/We further agree and undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Persons against any
losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of participation in such activities.
v) I/We understand that the AMC reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
vi) The Indemnified Persons shall have no liability (whether direct or indirect, in contract or tort or otherwise) related to or arising out of any losses, claims damages, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred due to missed flight,
lost baggage, loss of documents, mishap, injury, and/or death during the entire duration of the Convention including during travelling.
vii) All dispute/complaints with respect to these terms and conditions and the Convention shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.
