ACHIEVEMENTS
The People’s Association (PA) introduced the PA Youth
Movement (PAYM) Awards in 1984 to encourage greater
participation of members in the programmes and activities of the
PAYM. It aims to recognise and profile Youth Clubs (YCs) and
Youth Executive Committee Members for their outstanding
contributions towards the community, inspire YEC members to
strive to do better in reaching out and making positive difference
to the community and gather more youths to come forward and
get involved in the community. The PAYM Awards is held once
every two years in accordance with the term of the YECs.
