HOW DOES LGBT HAPPEN

LGBT is initialism stands for Lesbian,Gay, Bisexual, Transgender. But it

can refer to a community of people who are not heterosexual.
Lesbian, is one who is romantically, sexually and emotionally attracted to
women. Many lesbians prefer to be called lesbian rather than gay. Because Gay is
a man who is romantically, sexually and emotionally attracted to men. Most gay
people don't like to be referred to homosexual because of the negative historical
associations with the word and because the word gay better reflects their identity.
Different with Bisexual, bisexual person is someone who is romantically,
sexually and emotionally attracted to people of both sexes. However,
Transgender people have a gender identity or gender expression that differs from
their assigned sex. Transgender people are sometimes called transsexual if they
desire medical assistance to transition from one sex to another.
Here are some reasons why people decide to be part of LGBT. First, it’s
because someone’s biological factors and social factors. For example, someone
lives in the neighbourhood LGBT and it causes they are affected.
Second is, hormonal changes and the third is they don’t believe about sin
and God. As we know that some country has been legalized about LGBT. Such as
Argentina, Canada, France,United states and many more.
LGBT can’t reproduce children, so they only adopt children. But, to
continue their community they are transmit to non-LGBT. They act so nice and so
loyal to their partner. They act nice not only to their partner because to find a good
partner they also be nice to non-LGBT and change them to LGBT.
LGBT used to keep their identity as a secret. Because they’re know some
people are going to judge them. Gradually, they start to publish their identity and
some people will think it’s not a big problem and they try to respect about
someone’s decision.
We can also find LGBT hang out with their community and it makes they’re
more brave to show their identity. And in our country, LGBT still be a strange
thing because our country hasn’t legalized it yet.

Organic Product
Organic product is the product of a farming system which avoids the use of man-made
fertilisers, pesticides, growth regulators and livestock feed additives. Organic product is
the right choice for those who have a high concern for healthy lifestyles in modern times
as they are today. Organic products have certain certificates that state their authenticity.

The principal guidelines for organic production are to use materials and practices that
enhance the ecological balance of natural systems and that integrate the parts of the
farming system into an ecological whole

Organic farmers understand that what you put into the soil has a profound impact on
what you get out of it. That is why they rely on such practices as hand weeding,
mechanical control, mulches, cover crops, crop rotation and dense planting, rather than
toxic and persistent pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic nitrogen fertilizers, to enrich
the soil in which they grow their crops.

They recognize that doing so provides plants with the nutrients they need to grow. Plus,
it enables the absorption of major and micro-nutrients like Vitamin C, resulting in a
higher nutrient content and often a better tasting crop.

It all starts with practices to help build healthy soils, which nurture the plants and help
decrease the insidence of plant disease. In order to earn organic certification, land must
be handled without prohibited materials for at least three years. With certification,
organic farmers must develop an organic operating from plan, which is overseen by
their certification agency with annual third-party inspections.
